Kyle maintenance gentleman was extremely professional explaining my 23 old system to me. Because of him, Jerry popped out to talk to me about a new system! Within two weeks my furnace/AC was installed!!!!! Neil and Alex who did the installation were very professional!

The company is outstanding. From the initial phone call to the installation. Everyone was courteous, knew what they were doing and cleaned up when they had everything completed.

My mother has dementia and I am helping her which includes home maintenance issues. Chesterfield service has been great to work with on regular maintenance and addressing the replacement of her 20 year old air conditioning system. All team members with whom I have interacted at her home have been professional, on time, and willing to answer questions. However, the issues began after the a.c. was installed. I paid by check and asked for a paid receipt. I was told by the installer that he was unable to send the appropriate email but the office would take care of it the next day. That never happened. Over the next two weeks, I made two more requests by email to my Chesterfield service contact asking for a paid receipt as well as a lien waiver and warranty information. Each time I was told it would be taken care of \- it was not. I finally sent a letter to one of the owners, Travis Seeger, describing the lack of follow up and my still needing the documents for my system. A month after the system installation the documents arrived. Sadly, the information on the warranty is incorrect and I need to follow up on that now. And even sadder to me, no one ever reached out to me to apologize for what seemed to be a very large breakdown in true customer service and follow\-up.

we still don't have the ability to utilize the Bryant app to access the HVAC system due to the thermostat's inability to connect with our internet. A bit puzzling since we have the exact same system in our upper level.

The Installer told me that the Furnace Filter would not work due to where the Furnace was installed, and recommended that I purchase 16x25 Filters. I did not understand why the Filter that came with the furnace would not/cannot work, and is that a potential problem?

I can't recommend Chesterfield service company any higher, they did a fantastic job of installation along with explaining to me some of the details of the wireless thermostat.

I can't imagine better service than we received. Technically . . . engagement . . . communication. The inspector from the County was equally impressed with the high quality of work.

Overall great product. Only issue is connecting to the sever. A temporary patch did give a short connection and lost it again. Hoping for a permanent fix. Fortunately the wall mounted controller still handles everything

Efficient product and company for installation and service

Original install was botched. The copper pipe connecting the compressor to the inner coils at the furnace were bent by the installer causing a tremendous rattling sound. The Compressor then began to make a loud noise and had to be replaced. In all it took 5 return calls to get things to what is now the end product. This all took place in a time period of just a few weeks. Buyers remorse, yes but that's water gone under the bridge and money I wish I had spent differently.

Faster than expected

Jerry Boschert was our sales rep. He took the time to meet with us and explain our options. He worked with us on the pricing which we found to be very reasonable. I most certainly would \- and have \- referred Chesterfield Services to others. And even after installation, Jerry has been just a phone call away!

The technicians were professional and their craftsmanship was excellent. While working on the installation, they answered all my questions about the system and the installation. After the installation was complete they thoroughly tested the system. Then they worked with me to set the temperature and humidity profiles on the control to the way I wanted and made sure I understood the how to use the controls menu system. I couldn't ask for a better installation crew.

Excellent service

Efficiently replaced two heat pump systems. Work quality was excellent and cleaned up after the job was done. Explained the operation of the new Ecobee thermostats, furnace filter removal and ongoing required maintenance. Work was done in single digit outside temperature.

Great service

Chesterfield Service lives by the word Service! We had a system go down when temps were 95+. There tech was here same day to identify the problem. They were able to get new A/C unit installed within 36 hours And we weren't a customer of theirs prior! This team is courteous, they really know what they are doing. But most of all they put you, the customer first, with polite \& professional staff from the call center to the technicians.
