Great experience with a new Bryant Evolution series furnace and heat pump to replace my Bryant 2009 equipment. Sales team was knowledgeable and installation was impeccable. Looking forward to many years of reliability with my new Bryant equipment and a great service relationship with Comfort Heating and Air team.

Initial meeting and communications were fine. However, we've had some issues since— installers took our perfectly fine ecobee (we called as soon as we realized it, they said it was located and would be dropped off following Monday. When we followed up when it wasn't it dropped off, they claimed it was our fault and it was thrown out), we also have not been able to connect the (very disappointing) Honeywell thermostat to internet and were told to call Honeywell customer service, even though in the manual it says the professional installer should set it up and make sure internet is connected and product is registered. Good customer service goes a long way, regardless of the outcome of the issue. We feel like countryside took our money, put in the heat pump, and now is done with us. They also didn't clean up any dust or debris left after the job was complete. For $8k we expected a little more.

It was time to upgrade my furnace and a/c. And what a better way to accomplish this than by using my dealer for the past 25 years. So I bought the best... Bryant. Countryside Heating and Cooling did a great job installing. The first thing I've noticed is how quiet it is compared to my old units.

After coming home on a Friday night to no heat in the house, I called Countryside. Within the hour a service tech was at our house to help! We received great service with great kindness from Countryside . What more could you ask!

My furnace died. My first call to Countryside led to a quick but temporary fix. When the quick fix failed later that same day, my second call led to an appointment to install a new furnace and upgrade to a smart thermostat. Because it was a Friday, they couldn't schedule me for immediate service; but on Monday the technicians were there right on time and got the new furnace going by that afternoon. Excellent work.

Good communication and good work

I have been working with Countryside Heating \& Cooling for about 10 years. When our air conditioning unit failed late this summer I looked to Countryside Heating \& Cooling for a replacement. When it was all said and done I selected a Bryant heat pump as well as a new furnace. While I have yet to truly test the new system in the high heat of summer or the low temperatures of winter I appreciate the in\-depth consultation to find the proper product to correct heating and cooling issues that have always existed in our home. One is hard pressed to find better employees or a more responsive service company.

The Countryside team was replacing an older 90's furnace and a 1973 A/C system in a older setup that was less than optimal. But team thought through the solution and the airflow in our house is the best it has ever been. From bid to install, the team was great.

Countryside was very informative on the different options and products for our home. They also were able to complete the replacement quickly, which was greatly appreciated.

We have been with Countryside Heating and Cooling annual check\-up program for years. Having moved to our present home 6 years ago, we continued the service and are glad we did. Ben, our regular maintenance guy, kept us in the know about the age and potential problem with our 25 year old furnace and AC, and kept them running til that night when we heard a loud 'crinkling', a huge 'pop' and major hissing...the AC was done for good. At Ben's recommendation we had met with a sales rep months before, and because of it, we were prepared. Turns out the furnace we ordered couldn't be installed (the things one does not know til the wall is opened...) and after unboxing the replacement learned it had major denting ... That one went back, and another was delivered that day and finally successfully installed. The installation team \-Jacob, Max (and that delivery guy!) were polite, patient, persevering and kept us informed til the job was done 2.5 hours longer than expected that same day. Thanks to all including Maggie at the office who patiently 'held my hand' with my numerous questions. We highly recommend Countryside and Heating and the Bryant products..

Everything went according to plan

It was a great crew installing furnace, A/C \& water heater all in one day. Very courteous, efficient \& no issues.

The After job cleanup was horrendous and dangerous. Salesman was decidedly unprofessional. Two components of the quoted system could be not be used. Salesman should have known better.

We were out of town when the furnace went down. When we called Tony and he came out right away to give us a price quote. We told him we need a price ASAP due to the out of heat situation and we had our price (with options) that night. Jason and Ben came out to put in the new furnace and had to deal with the fact that we had not shoveled or plowed all winter. This in a winter like we have not had for many years...lots of snow and very cold. They did a great install and were very patient and understanding about the lack of accessability. I appreciated, very much, the fact that they performed everthing so well with no complaining.

All went well with a couple exceptions. Water leak on dehumidifier pump which was fixed in 2 days. Dust and dirt after duct cleaning. Not sure about the quality of the duct cleaning.

Our furnace was extremely difficult to remove, the 2 guys were here when they said they would be and removed the old installed the new all before noon, no mess, friendly knowledgeable. I do want to say I never felt pressured to make a decision had plenty of choices...great, great company

From the sales staff to the front office to the installers they took care of all our Questions and made sure that everything was correct and properly installed

I discovered my furnace was not working appropriately and contacted a Countryside Heating to service it. It was determined the furnace overheated and died, after 23 years of service. This occurred on some of the coldest days and nights of the winter season. Countryside was able to come out and inspect and diagnose the furnace quickly. They provided space heaters and a quote, with options, just as fast. The service charge was rescinded. A new furnace and air conditioner was installed the next day. I was walked through the system's operation by the installers. I have been happy with the new HVAC system and service. The process was as easily executed as I could have asked for.

Upgraded our 18 year old system due to A/C failure. New system looks great, is very quiet, and is so much more efficient. Process from beginning to end was easy. Very knowledgeable staff and installers.

Installers were great, worked steady and were finished at the estimated time. A/C seems to be working well. We could have used a little more assistance with the House Wise thermostat, but understand that wasn't the installers area of expertise. The tech that was sent to us later (thank you Maggie) was very helpful. Overall pleased.

I was also impressed on how clean the area was when they were finished.

This team goes above and beyond for their customers! Not only did their price come in at a fair price point (well below another local Bryant dealer), they offer loaner portable AC unites if there is any wait in getting your new unit installed. They were willing to educate me as to the ins and outs of the system, were on time and considerate, and did a fantastic job. Their office manager was phenomenal each time I called. I can't say enough good things!

Out with the 30 year old 'woofer' that knew it's days were up in the last week and decided not to light up half the time. In with the new quiet system that can't hardly hear.

The installation team (Adam \& Jacob) were very professional. They explained what they were doing , why, and the benefit to me. I would recommend this team for any HVAC job. The Bryant furnace is much quieter than the original unit. I can hardly hear it running.

We have used Countryside for service for years. They are always responsive, professional and explain everything in detail. This month our ancient AC died. They were out the next day to install our new unit. It was done professionally and on time. They are easy to have around, especially Nick who installed our unit while answering a lot of questions from us. I highly recommend them.

The front office was fantastic, with the stress of our AC unit going out in the hottest part of the summer I believe it was Maggie that made me laugh and had someone out that day. Everything was done as they said it would be on time and done like a pro. I was bugging Jason with questions as i thought of them and he was very quick to get back to me with all the answers. The installers showed up exactly at the time they said they would and took great pride in doing the job like a pro. The Bryant product is quiet and very effective. Countryside Heating and Cooling installed a Bryant 1.5 ton heat pump and air conditioner with two zones in my house in Corcoran, Minnesota, in late July 2017. So far, it has worked perfectly...and we are very pleased with it.

Came out same day with high temps and high humidity. Talked the problem over, my husband talked about our zone heating and air never working quite right, so they looked at that also and told us what the problem was. We were not expecting to replace our air conditioning unit and re\-do zones but after one day, the basement is not freezing and the upstairs is cool to sleep in! So I have to say all is working and we are happy!
