Disappointing customer service
Initial meeting and communications were fine. However, we've had some issues since— installers took our perfectly fine ecobee (we called as soon as we realized it, they said it was located and would be dropped off following Monday. When we followed up when it wasn't it dropped off, they claimed it was our fault and it was thrown out), we also have not been able to connect the (very disappointing) Honeywell thermostat to internet and were told to call Honeywell customer service, even though in the manual it says the professional installer should set it up and make sure internet is connected and product is registered. Good customer service goes a long way, regardless of the outcome of the issue. We feel like countryside took our money, put in the heat pump, and now is done with us. They also didn't clean up any dust or debris left after the job was complete. For $8k we expected a little more.

We have been with Countryside Heating and Cooling annual check\-up program for years. Having moved to our present home 6 years ago, we continued the service and are glad we did. Ben, our regular maintenance guy, kept us in the know about the age and potential problem with our 25 year old furnace and AC, and kept them running til that night when we heard a loud 'crinkling', a huge 'pop' and major hissing...the AC was done for good. At Ben's recommendation we had met with a sales rep months before, and because of it, we were prepared. Turns out the furnace we ordered couldn't be installed (the things one does not know til the wall is opened...) and after unboxing the replacement learned it had major denting ... That one went back, and another was delivered that day and finally successfully installed. The installation team \-Jacob, Max (and that delivery guy!) were polite, patient, persevering and kept us informed til the job was done 2.5 hours longer than expected that same day. Thanks to all including Maggie at the office who patiently 'held my hand' with my numerous questions. We highly recommend Countryside and Heating and the Bryant products..

We were out of town when the furnace went down. When we called Tony and he came out right away to give us a price quote. We told him we need a price ASAP due to the out of heat situation and we had our price (with options) that night. Jason and Ben came out to put in the new furnace and had to deal with the fact that we had not shoveled or plowed all winter. This in a winter like we have not had for many years...lots of snow and very cold. They did a great install and were very patient and understanding about the lack of accessability. I discovered my furnace was not working appropriately and contacted a Countryside Heating to service it. It was determined the furnace overheated and died, after 23 years of service. This occurred on some of the coldest days and nights of the winter season. Countryside was able to come out and inspect and diagnose the furnace quickly. They provided space heaters and a quote, with options, just as fast. The service charge was rescinded. A new furnace and air conditioner was installed the next day. I was walked through the system's operation by the installers. I have been happy with the new HVAC system and service. The process was as easily executed as I could have asked for.

Came out same day with high temps and high humidity.
