Pronto arrived exactly on time with a crew of 5 to replace our old furnace/AC with a new high efficiency furnace and heat pump. Each person walked us through their process from electrical changes, venting options, thermostat setup, operating instructions, etc. They protected our floors and our outside vegetation. They submitted our warranty info and our rebate requests. Very friendly and helpful through the entire process.

I was impressed from the start. The sales person, Jack, was well informed. He arrived at my home and immediately got me an accurate quote. He followed up with additional information the next day. The process to get my financing approved also went very quickly and smoothly. The installation process was very impressive...at least 7 Pronto vehicles arrived with at least 7 technicians. They were very polite and clean. They fully tested and demonstrated the use of my new Bryant furnace and two new Bryant heat pumps.

Every detail is correct and done to perfection. The crew was friendly and professional.

All three installation technicians + salesperson were excellent \- great communication, knowledgeable, good advice, respectful of the property.

They came out on the hotest day of the year to replace my heater and A/C unit. Right from the start, they said they wanted to get the new cooling system running ASAP to keep the house cool, and then focus on the rest. I interrupted them to ask questions as they went, which I'm sure annoyed them, but they always stopped to answer my questions to my satisfaction, and did so with a smile. The area was left clean, there were no spots or messes on the carpet. They did a great job and would recommend them to anyone.

The install crew and support for our new Bryant AC unit was amazing.

My 30 year old unit finally failed; I knew what I was going to have to do. There was no sales pressure, just an honest accounting of what was to come. Repairs were discussed, but for me, time was of great importance. It was very hot that week. Blaine and Jon were great. They respected my home and I felt at ease having them here.

I wanted a heat pump to replace the air conditioner on a five year old gas furnace and I wanted one that qualified for the tax credit . Pronto and Bryant said they could do it, with confidence that other companies could not give me.

So far we are very pleased. We are still waiting for the inspection to be scheduled and for the AC to be tested so that will also be important to my opinion of the complete install. It is also the only reason I didn't give 5 stars yet until everything is completed.

They were great to work with, from the sales staff to the install. I also needed someone to take a look at my gas fireplace after the install and the service folks found the issue and corrected it the next day. Highly recommend the quality of the work and the expertise.

These guys were awesome! They came in took out the old furnace and put in a really high end new one in a day. They were very knowledgeable and professional. The salesman seemed very honest and let me know why I might go with a cheaper or more expensive furnace. They back their work up too! If something goes wrong, they will be there just as quick as anyone else!

I love working with Pronto. I have them do our annual furnace tune up every year and they are great. We had an old furnace and they were never pushy about getting it replaced. When it came time to finally replace it, I already trusted them so they were my only call for a quote. They are professional, friendly, on time and courteous. The installers did a great job and left our basement cleaner than they found it!

Darran was great from start to finish. I got an immediate response from him and throughout the process, he answered all of my questions immediately. I was not at my home during install, but once I arrived he took the time to explain everything. My AC has been working great. My house is very comfortable in some pretty hot MN summer weather.

From the beginning. Alex came out to give us a quote on a furnace, A/c and hot water heater. Very knowledgeable on the products he's selling. He has a no pressure attitude and even told us their more expensive than most. I found that not to be the case from another Bryant dealer. Called Alex back on Monday as the water heater we had initially wanted wouldn't work for our situation and had to upgrade to a direct vent. Alex re quoted us and said they can come out tomorrow between 7\-7:30 am. Eli, Gus and Colin showed up on time and removed all the old equipment and installed the new. We even got a Aprilaire On furnace installation and Honeywell T6 WiFi thermostat. It took them all day and stayed till the job was completed. Answered all of our questions . What a team! Sales person had great knowledge of what he was selling and installing, he took the time to listen to our concerns and address all of them. Installation was done with great concern of the surroundings and looked better after they were gone.

Had Pronto Heating and Air install Bryant furnace and air conditioner at a previous home located in Chaska, MN. Had excellent experience then with both Pronto and Bryant. So we decided to use them again when we purchased a 24 year old lake home in East Bethel, MN. Knowing the house had original furnace and air, we didn't hesitate to call Pronto again. Started out just pricing hot water heater and ended up getting both furnace and air conditioner too. Best decision we made. Sales, Customer Service and Installation Tech's are the best in the industry in my opinion. Got the best deal for the money, and had every question answered in easy to understand explanation. The install went flawlessly, with my mechanical room now a show piece of home. Electrical and plumbing routing is better than when house was new. We now have piece of mind that our home is ready for both winter and summer. We welcome anyone considering upgrading their mechanical's to contact us if they want. Pronto is easy to do business with and they sell industry best product in Bryant.

I've used Pronto to install AC and Furnace unit in my prior home. And just like before, was extremely impressed by the team, expertise, cleanliness, and problem\-solving. Not inexpensive, but great value and quality products.

We bought our home 3 years ago, knowing the AC, furnace and water heater were considerably old (20 + years) So this fall we decided to contact Pronto, knowing we were going to need to replace this essential equipment sooner than later. They came out, looked at everything, and could not have been More pleasant to work with, no "pushy salesman" attitude at all!! We scheduled the install after going over pricing and exactly what we needed for our home. The crew was on time and considerate of our home and our sometimes obnoxious dogs, we are very satisfied with Pronto!! (We have had our share of bad apples when it comes to home repair companies, no one answers calls, questions or concerns etc.) Anytime we had questions following the installation, Pronto Always answered the phone and were Always happy to help!!
