Taylor the field tech went above and beyond to diagnose our furnace which had a bad heat exchanger which was putting out high levels of carbon monoxide which he verified and showed us using his meter. The first heating company we had out did not even test for carbon monoxide and left the furnace running which could have been life threatening to my family and grandkids who were spending the weekend.
