As always, Mulligan makes a stress problem to me into and calming perfect solution because of them. prompt, perfect communications, easy to work with , perfect installation. Watch 2 Hallmark Christmas movies and all of sudden..... done! No issues at all and except for a new furnace, you'd never know anyone had been there. Huge shout out to Derick and Jake for perfect installation and to Vicki at the office for all her help! And a special shout out to the tech (do not know his name), who had to fabricate some sheet metal and delivered it to site!! Thanks again Mulligan!! Y'all are top notch!!!

Taylor the field tech went above and beyond to diagnose our furnace which had a bad heat exchanger which was putting out high levels of carbon monoxide which he verified and showed us using his meter. The first heating company we had out did not even test for carbon monoxide and left the furnace running which could have been life threatening to my family and grandkids who were spending the weekend.
