Installers did not install larger air filter configuration recommended and quoted. Representative offered to send workers back to make necessary sheet metal alterations to accommodate or refund cost of newer filter. Agreed to cost adjustment after being advised by representative that existing filter would not effect operation and efficiency of new furnace, but will have to change filters with same frequency as old furnace. Suggest some form of cross check.
