Ductless Mini Split InstallationBy TemperaturePro Kalamazoo

Jennifer, Mitch, Mason, Shawn did an outstanding job. Techs Mitch, Mason, Shane were very knowledgeable and helped diagnose the problems with our 17yr old furnace, and helped us with the insulation of our new furnace. Jennifer was amazing, after purchasing our new furnace she helped set up and fill out our DTE rebate, Govt rebate, and city inspection appointment. The team couldn't have made it easier for us. Thank you!

Everyone at TemperaturePro are friendly, knowledgeable, and want the customer to be happy. We had a mini split and furnace installed by them and we couldn't be happier.

Very polite and made sure I understood everything

They were able to get the install done the next day which was greatly appreciated.

Shawn and his team were friendly to work with and delivered on time.

Very competent, polite service installers.

Great experience. The office personnel, service technicians and the owner were all great. I even got some flowers and a thank you note. I was happy with the price and quality of the work too. I highly recommend Temperature Pro Kalamazoo!

TemperaturePro technicians were prompt, courteous, and efficient.

Shawn, Mitch, Yair, and Dylan did an excellent job installing my new Furnace and AC. They were efficient, clean and professional.

Top notch. I couldn't be happier with the service . Seamless install and clean up was above and beyond.

I would recommended them.

I was impressed with their service from the first call. They were friendly, on time, and worked hard all day to get my new furnace installed on a brutally cold day.

Excellent service and great communication! Treated us like family and did an outstanding job.

The team at Temperature Pro were fantastic. Very professional, and timely. They even let us use their portable A/C unit while ours wasn't working. They were surprisingly fast with the new installation of a our A/C and Furnace. We couldn't pass up on the cost of getting the bundle. They were here within a week(around Labor Day), and had everything installed in about 7hrs. Now having a new furnace and air conditioner is just piece of mind for the future of our home. Thank you, and I will definitely be recommending this company. Bruce P.

I couldn't be happier with Temperature Pro Kalamazoo. It was incredibly easy to work with all of their staff. The entire company was professional, friendly, and courteous. I will definitely use them again in the future.

They are great quality people.

The technicians were skilled and efficient, and the owner was courteous and informative.

Temperature Pro was very responsive; they diagnosed the problem quickly and laid out multiple options including repair or a replacement furnace; the technicians answered our questions in a professional manner and then quickly scheduled and executed the install once we made the decision. It was a great experience.

The guys were extremely pleasant and professional and took the time to answer all of my questions. They explained everything and made sure to clean up when they finished installing the furnace. I would definitely recommend!

The temperature pro was great and I would highly recommend them for your next service.

Nice job and cleaned up afterwards. Company owner visit to the work site was a nice touch.

Great customer support and service. Install was quick and easy and answered all our questions.

Good guys

They went above and beyond for my business. I had an over 50 year old furnace and no ac in my house. They were able to get me everything in a day and even dropped a flu\-shoot down my chimney since the old furnace and my water heater used the chimney as an exhaust.

I made one phone call and that's all I had to do...they took it from there...super pleased....

Very detailed and knowledgeable about the product. Also great at finding the issue and correcting it in a very timely fashion.

Great team to work with.

Mike, Shawn, and the whole team are amazing… highly recommend.

Well versed on heating and cooling! Helped improve performance in my home

We are very pleased, can't wait to get the air conditioner in the spring. Highly recommend

I cannot say enough how fantastic this company was to deal with! The service team was prompt, courteous, and extremely knowledgeable. Our A/C went out during the hottest week in August; service call to assess the issue on day 1 with replacement completed on day 2!! Super efficient and very accommodating to our needs. The appointment alert system with real time service technician location was invaluable as I was able to see exactly where they were and how long until arrival allowing flexibility to run out if needed. This was our first experience with TemperaturePro Kalamazoo and we were thrilled. They are now our go to HVAC company! The entire operation is top notch; from the front office (Susan and Mike) to the technician team (Shawn, Tyler and Andrew)thank you!!! Make the call…you won't regret it!
