Techs Mitch, Mason, Shane were very knowledgeable and helped diagnose the problems with our 17yr old furnace, and helped us with the insulation of our new furnace. Jennifer was amazing, after purchasing our new furnace she helped set up and fill out our DTE rebate, Govt rebate, and city inspection appointment. The team couldn't have made it easier for us. They went above and beyond for my business. I had an over 50 year old furnace and no ac in my house. They were able to get me everything in a day and even dropped a flu\-shoot down my chimney since the old furnace and my water heater used the chimney as an exhaust.

I made one phone call and that's all I had to do...they took it from there...super pleased....

Our A/C went out during the hottest week in August; service call to assess the issue on day 1 with replacement completed on day 2!! Super efficient and very accommodating to our needs. The appointment alert system with real time service technician location was invaluable as I was able to see exactly where they were and how long until arrival allowing flexibility to run out if needed. This was our first experience with TemperaturePro Kalamazoo and we were thrilled. They are now our go to HVAC company!
