Easy to deal with. Got the job done expertly and in a timely way.
2 days after installation we had a snow storm with high winds, freezing temperatures and drifting snow. Our outside unit had ice formation which caused concern. A call to HVAC Services gave me instructions on settings I should set my unit so I could retain heat and help melt the ice that had formed on the outside unit. After the storm had passed they came out to my house to check on the unit. The heat in my house worked flawlessly through the storm and the techs made me feel like my problem was a great concern and they wanted my satisfaction was important to them. I'm glad I chose them for my heat and cooling comfort.
