The entire process from getting a quote to installation was a smooth and easy process with C\&C Temp Control. Bob took a 3D scan of my entire home to get an accurate square footage so the correct size heat pump system could be quoted to replace my central air system. Katie then did all paperwork for me to Mass Save; saving me the time not having to fill out the online forms to downloading the necessary documents to the website. Then once Mass Save approved my submittal, all I had to do was to go to my bank, get my interest free loan approved and schedule my installation. Both installers, Tyler and Mason, arrived as scheduled, were polite, professional and kept me apprised each day of their progress. They cleaned up at the end of each day, and when they completed the installation Tyler took the time to review what I needed to know to run the system and its thermostat. I highly recommend C\&C Temp Control for all your heating and AC needs!

Saying that the HVAC installation did not go smoothly is a bit of an understatement.
First, I would like to say that out of 5 contractors, C\&C Temp Control gave me the best (least expensive) quote to replace my heat pump and air handler. Second, they were quick to send out service techs to fix a problem with the installation. However, it took 3 service calls to fix that problem. On top of that, during one of those service calls, they damaged my kitchen ceiling and the framing that holds it up. If all repair costs are paid for, I would bump them up to 3, maybe 4 stars.
