Trevor installed a new furnace for us in 2020 and now the A/C system. Cannot say enough praise for Trevor again and his co\-worker Shane. Two gems. Highly recommend AAIR.

AAIR Systems went out of their way to send a driver to get the last furnace they could find in Massachusetts so they could install it next day when my furnace stopped working and I was without heat. The team was very professional and made sure I was satisfied with the outside condenser they installed on the pad around some tree roots making the ground flat for me.

I recently had my A/C and furnace replaced with new ones. Welcome and his crew did a great job explaining my options with no up\-sell pressure. They arrived when they said they would, covered my floors to prevent damaged and cleaned up the mess when they left. I couldn't tell that they had been here other than I now have A/C again..... Ryan filled out all my rebate forms and explained what I needed to do to submit them. The work was great and I have no complaints. I whole heartily recommend them.

I would highly recommend Aair Systems from Oxford, MA. From the initial quote to the day of the installation, the entire team was very courteous and always provided an exceptional customer experience. The job was done well and everything was working perfectly following the completion. What I most appreciated from Aair Systems was the fact that they provided such a detailed quote and provided multiple options to choose from. Other quotes I received provided me a with a one line that said "Bryant A/C" and a price, based on that I knew this was the company I wanted to work with today and going forward. The only thing I'm disappointed with is that following the installation of the unit and Bryant Housewise thermostat I purchased an Ecobee 4 for my upstairs thermostat. I could not register the Ecobee because it said my e\-mail address is already used. Apparently the Housewise and the Ecobee use the same backend platform, which you would think would make for easy interoperatability or the possibility to use a single login to control both thermostats, but after calling Ecobee Support I was given a vague answer to use another e\-mail address for logging into my Ecobee (not really convinced by the answer). Also, the Housewise seems good, but the app is pretty outdated can't put it in portrait mode, and no compatibility with Samsung SmartThing, which is disappointing.

We needed a new a/c system and Aair system clearly explained our options and what they thought was best for us. We took their advice and could not be happier.

AAIR Systems installed a brand new air conditioning system including duct work, electrical and upgraded smart Bryant thermostat. System install for my home took just two days. The team arrived on time and communicated throughout the install about their progress. Ryan (team leader) ensured that I setup the thermostat and that it was working properly before he left. You can't go wrong hiring this company.

I needed a cooling system with no pre\-conceived notion of what the best solution would be. Ryan, from Aair Systems came over, on time, and walked me through many options. Later that day he provided me with me several estimates so that we could determine what worked best. On the day of the job, the crew showed up on time, prepped the house with drop cloths and got to work. They remained professional and polite the entire time. At the end of the job, they helped fill in warranties and rebates before leaving. I couldn't recommend this company enough. I have already recommended this company to two other people.
