The heat exchanger in our old furnace failed. Unlike another dealer that quoted an incredibly inflated repair (nearly 10 times the quote from Earl Russell) with intent to upsell me on I new furnace, Earl Russell gave me a realistic quote. I ended up buying a new furnace. My decision was greatly influenced by Earl Russell's honest approach.

I've received nothing but prompt and courteous work from these guys. I'm new to home ownership and all that comes with it but I want to make sure any decision regarding my home is educated. The people Earl Russell have taken the time to walk me through what needs to be done via phone and respond via email to my questions when I'm sure they're very busy. I really appreciated that it was the owner of the business that walked me through my options\-I wasn't expecting that. I've asked around from people who know more than me and they've said Earl Russell has provided us with a solid, trustworthy furnace at a fair price. They've earned my trust. I also appreciate that they've been in business so long\- they must be doing something right!

I was having issues with my 15 old furnace from another company. ER came and tried to fix it, when it was apparent the part was going to cost more than it was worth they dealt with that other companies warranty department. We had decided to replace it with a Bryant system, then a cold snap hit and the old system couldn't keep up. ER came to see if they could keep that old system running just a few days longer until they could install the new furnace. They did so much service even before installing the new system or even asking me for money. They were honest and up front and tried to make it as affordable as possible. They didn't use inflated or dramatic words trying to scare me into a decision for a new system like another company did. I feel really comfortable with my decision and will recommend Earl Russell to anyone who asks. I'm so happy I found them!

There are bigger residential HVAC companies, but with Earl Russell you get big company expertise with small company personal service. Truly the best of both.

Family owned business that has serviced my unit since I moved in 11/20. Furnace was failing \-\- and needed replacement. The man that originally installed the furnace came to check it out. Told us we could use smaller unit \-\- and offered great price \- due to Bryant's rebate. They come on time, work quickly and diligently, are honest and fair. Integrity is hard to come by these days \- but they have it!

The installation of our new furnace and air conditioner was performed by courteous, clean, and competent professionals supervised by Dave. The replacement of our old equipment with the new was completed in one day. Dave carefully explained how to use the equipment and helped us install the software on our computers and smart phones. He showed us how to program the heating and cooling according to the many options that are available. The blower is very quiet, and the heating and cooling work perfectly.
