As my husband and I contemplated installing a new HVAC system, I asked for contractor recommendations at my book club meeting. In unison, ten women responded simultaneously "Dick Hill and Son". To get ten women to agree on anything is a miracle so we knew Dick Hill and Son was something special. They promptly came to look at our needs and provided estimates for several different system options. The two men that installed my new furnace and air conditioner were very professional in all the work they did. They even went above and beyond the work in checking things in the attic and crawlspace as they were in those areas. I ask that if they saw anything wrong to let me know. They were exceedingly kind, and all was clean and neat after they finished their work. I think I'll be very please with this new system. The air conditioning unit is very quiet! I love the looks of the thermostat, as it is nice and bright to view. I must add that Jeff, the salesman, explained the difference in the models very well, that help me to choose what I needed.

Retrofitting a home with a new HVAC system requires special skill. The folks at Dick Hill \& Son made the conversion from electric to natural gas a breeze. They provided options for the best system for my home. They honored all of my priorities which took some creative problem\-solving on their part when installing, and they left my home in pristine condition. While their equipment and installation is state\-of\-the\-art, their customer service is warm and neighborly.

Chris was thorough and sharp about his job... No question asked of him was ignored or considered "foolish." Again, Chris is an asset to the company...

I am incredibly impressed with the way this company responded so quickly to my request for an estimate. Jeff arrived at my house with professionalism and understanding to listen to my questions and needs. Within 4 business days, two technicians arrived and installed my new AC unit while I was at work. When I came home, thrilled to be in a cool house, I realized there was no sign that anyone had been in my home. The technicians cleaned after themselves and had everything running smoothly with no hassle. I would highly recommend this company to anyone!
