Diligent service
I had Bryant inspect a faulty AC condition in my house and after discussion and advice I had them install all new AC system. The first man inspected, evaluated and found the problem. The second set of men came and installed the AC system but it did not cool after 24 hours and would not shut off. After a call to Robbie, a third man was sent out who examined the system, made a few changes and now it is operating as it should. Bryant was committed to resolving the problem and followed through to completion. The men were quiet, polite and professional. They replaced the first AC system that I had which they also installed 10 years ago.

Met and exceeded expectations
Being a picky cautious consumer I got multiple estimates for installing ductless mini split HVAC in my entire home in which I'd previously used window AC units. Although BJ HVAC was the most expensive estimate I chose them for several reasons. The written estimate was very professional explaining in more detail than others about equipment, warranties, maintenance and financing all at a glance. After several phone calls and one final trip to their office the owner and management team pleasantly and patiently answered my many questions and helped me understand my concerns. The owner was even willing to work with me in resolving a particular issue I had. Finally the installation proved to be another exceptional experience. The installer clearly knew what he was doing explaining things and asking for my input or considerations. They laid down canvas cloths on the floor to keep from tracking in dirt and didn't leave any mess behind when they left. All in all, I could say that the professionalism, expertise and good customer service is what really convinced me to chose BJ HVAC. From estimate to installation all involved were punctual. Now I am enjoying the lovely even cooling in my whole house. I look forward to using the Heat mode on my ductless units in winter. I am a happy customer. The owner was the actual person who provided my inspection \& quote, and he was much more stringent in his evaluation than the others who responded. He pointed out "interesting" choices made at the time of my legacy equipment and advised what he would do to improve my system. I'd never noted some of the things he found, I just knew that my AC was rapidly dying, and it was TOO HOT for that foolishness. The systems/levels that I was quoted were extremely competitive, but the capstone of my choice was the long warranty period offered. The installer was prompt on the day of the install and put up with my looming/questions and was willing to educate me on what he was doing and the high points of my new system. Just a good dude, altogether. Having known the cost (at installation) of the old system, adjusting for inflation, and comparing it to the quoted system I chose, the increase in cost was entirely in line with the country's economy as a whole. And was still cheaper than the other quotes. WHOOT!!
