Appointment was very fast. Found cracks on furnace & small amount of CO2 leaking into house. Within 24 hrs they were here with a new HVAC system. Cleaned up wonderfully despite snow. Financing available which is great for retired folks. Now I have to drop the thermostat by 3-4 degrees and am warmer than with old furnace. It’s crazy good. They have done all paper work to get energy credits. So helpful!! Thank you BJ heating & air!!

The installers, owner, technicians were all very pleasant to work with. It did take three times to get the furnace working correctly but they were Johnny on the spot to get back out here to help. Would definitely recommend them

I did not want a furnace and air conditioner that had numerous bells and whistles as the previous unit had. It was not a Bryant. The previous unit gave me problems for eight straight years and finding parts became difficult. I trust this unit will be totally different. It is quieter than I imagined but it does perform very well and I am satisfied.

I had Bryant inspect a faulty AC condition in my house and after discussion and advice I had them install all new AC system. The first man inspected, evaluated and found the problem. The second set of men came and installed the AC system but it did not cool after 24 hours and would not shut off. After a call to Robbie, a third man was sent out who examined the system, made a few changes and now it is operating as it should. Bryant was committed to resolving the problem and followed through to completion. The men were quiet, polite and professional. They replaced the first AC system that I had which they also installed 10 years ago.

The guys were friendly and explained thoroughly. The install was flawless and done quickly.

I could not be happier with the service and expertise that BJ Heating and cooling provided for my wife and I. They answered all of our questions before beginning the installation of the new system and answered all of our queries during the installation. We replaced 2 mini\-splits in our upstairs bedrooms. Not only did BJ come in several thousand dollars lower than the company that installed the original mini\-splits, they cleaned up the installation to make it look 100 times better than before. Won't hesitate to go with them again.

The new unit that was installed seems to be working great. I've had it for two days. The servicemen who came to my house, were very knowledgeable and polite.

But as a 70 year old man the experience that I had with BJ heating \& Cooling was the most professional \& courteous experience that I have had dealing with my HVAC system in my entire life. Our AC went out on the hottest day of the summer and needed to be replaced. Barry came out immediately and had two technicians at our home at 7:30 am the next day. We just replaced both furnace and AC and are loyal satisfied customers. We highly recommend BJ Heating and AC.

The team was super helpful while getting a new system. They offer the best deal we could find and explained everything so no surprises the day of. They scheduled an appointment to instal and we're early so I didn't have to wait around. We would definitely contact them again.

Not only did the techs arrive early, they were courteous and extremely efficient. The ductwork that had to be fabbed is a work of art. The equipment itself is top notch and so very quiet. Couldn't be more happy with the entire experience.

BJ was very responsive and installation of the HVAC unit inside and outside was professional grade \- better than the installation when the house was built 25 years ago. They took good care of the house with dropcloths and left no mess when they finished.

I contacted BJ Heating and Cooling because my furnace was very old and was having problems. They came and installed a new furnace. We had trouble with the blower and they did come and repair it.

Being a picky cautious consumer I got multiple estimates for installing ductless mini split HVAC in my entire home in which I'd previously used window AC units. Although BJ HVAC was the most expensive estimate I chose them for several reasons. The written estimate was very professional explaining in more detail than others about equipment, warranties, maintenance and financing all at a glance. After several phone calls and one final trip to their office the owner and management team pleasantly and patiently answered my many questions and helped me understand my concerns. The owner was even willing to work with me in resolving a particular issue I had. Finally the installation proved to be another exceptional experience. The installer clearly knew what he was doing explaining things and asking for my input or considerations. They laid down canvas cloths on the floor to keep from tracking in dirt and didn't leave any mess behind when they left. All in all, I could say that the professionalism, expertise and good customer service is what really convinced me to chose BJ HVAC. From estimate to installation all involved were punctual. Now I am enjoying the lovely even cooling in my whole house. I look forward to using the Heat mode on my ductless units in winter. I am a happy customer. Hopefully BJ HVAC continue to give excellent customer service for future maintenance or repairs. Thanks guys!

The installers were very professional and understood how the new furnace worked. It took them the entire day to install the new unit. They stuck with the job until it was finished even though they had to work past a little past their quitting time. I was pleased with the service.

Dave \&Robby did an excellent job. The removal of old unit went without issue and the installation of new unit was almost flawless. My previous unit was wide open every time and a bit loud. The new Bryant unit is so quiet I can barely hear it. Thanks BJ!

We have used BJ Heating \& Cooling for years. They are always reliable, professional, and knowledgeable.

The owner was the actual person who provided my inspection \& quote, and he was much more stringent in his evaluation than the others who responded. He pointed out "interesting" choices made at the time of my legacy equipment and advised what he would do to improve my system. I'd never noted some of the things he found, I just knew that my AC was rapidly dying, and it was TOO HOT for that foolishness. The systems/levels that I was quoted were extremely competitive, but the capstone of my choice was the long warranty period offered. The installer was prompt on the day of the install and put up with my looming/questions and was willing to educate me on what he was doing and the high points of my new system. Just a good dude, altogether. Having known the cost (at installation) of the old system, adjusting for inflation, and comparing it to the quoted system I chose, the increase in cost was entirely in line with the country's economy as a whole. And was still cheaper than the other quotes. WHOOT!!

THEY WENT ABOVE AND BEYOND TO RELOCATE SYSTEM TO BACK OF YARD AND EVEN MOVED ITEMS IN BASEMENT TO GET TO SYSTEM. THEY CHECKED ON THE SYSTEM THE NEXT WEEK TO MAKE SURE IT WAS PERFORMING SUFFICIENTLY. THE PAYMENT PLAN IS AFFORDABLE.

Great service and quick!

We have used BJ Heating \& A.C. every few years since 2007 and have always had great service from great people. Our new Bryant HVAC equipment is great so far and replaces 18 year old equipment that was okay but not as energy efficient or reliable.

The two gentlemen that came out to install the unit were nothing short of professional and very courteous. I know the day ran late, but they didn't stop until it was done. Wonderful service

so glad we got the opportunity to work with them! i was BEYOND stressed out when we found out (from another company) that we needed a whole new system, but Barry made me feel 100% better and confident in their recommendations on a new system and what would work best for our home. Barry is so personable and down to earth and i can tell he really cares about the customers he works with. when i originally called to make an appointment and told the receptionist i thought i needed a new system, she was so understanding and got me the first appointment to have it looked over and even took time to explain financing and the rebates they offer. after signing our paper work, i felt that i had a few more questions and was able to talk with Robbie who helped me understand the whole process with great detail. i can't recommend them enough!!

BJ's Heating and Cooling and owner Barry Nichols are a great company to work with. They negotiated a great deal for me on their Bryant products and did an outstanding job on the installation. Their experienced installers were at my home within a week and did an excellent job getting out new units installed. The technicians were professional, experienced, courteous and punctual. The job was completed as planned within two days and everything was up and running as expected. My old units were hauled off and the work areas were as clean as when they arrived. I couldn't be happier with my overall experience with BJ's!

Went above and beyond normal installation, from other service providers.

Our furnace went out on Thanksgiving morning. BJ had a technician at our home the next day. Mark arrived in a timely manner. Unfortunately after 24 years. it was time to replace heating and air. Because of holiday , they could not get ot us until Monday. We were offered heaters to use until the new furnace would be installed. Dave and Jamie arrived as scheduled and completed the job in a clean and timely manner. There were very respectful of our house.

Phoned for an estimate. Barry, the owner came out promptly the next day. He assessed the furnace, made comments for improvement, explained how beneficial a dual fuel heat pump for efficiency/comfort/value. He gave me an easy to understand estimate. After talking to several other HVAC companies I phoned B\&J to see about an installation date. Robby scheduled my installation for the next week, was helpful in paring me with a heat pump that complied with my electric company rebate. My furnace died before the installation date, they even loaned me a couple heater. On the day of installation, the crew was here on time, completed the job within the time they stated and answered all my questions. Robby phoned the day after installation, answered all my remaining questions. My experience with this company from the time I phoned for an estimate to the day of installation has been 'superb'. The heat pump is more than I expected, my house is now warm, cozy and the equipment is very quiet. This company is 'definitely' worth talking to. From Janet who answers the phone to Dave and Jamie who did my installation\-\-\-\-\-they are all great.

Had a new Bryant furnace installed in basement that has challenges. The Techs were very polite, careful about keeping our house clean. Most notably, these guys worked very hard to get our installation complete, and we are happy customers.

As always BJ techs were polite, clean and on time. We have had good experiences with them. This time had some frustration. The new units were installed, but the A/C did not cool adequately \- not nearly as well as the old unit. Our 2nd floor stayed at about 80 degrees. It took two follow up service calls to get the unit operating well. It is fine now.

We had a new system installed due to the age of the old one. They went above the call of duty and were able to work us in early. We will definitely recommend BJ Heating \& cooling to everyone. Trey ,John and Brad did a great job

BJ Heating \& Cooling has been maintaining my furnace and air conditioner and when it developed a leak in the cooling system they recommended replacing it with the Bryant product. The service technicians Steven \& Cody were very professional in there ability to install the product. They installed a Bryant single speed compressor and coil.

The office staff was available when I had questions. The two gentlemen who put in the A/C heater were quiet and respectful.
