Expedited Replacement of Furnace and AC
On the Sunday before the 4th of July holiday, my AC and fan stopped working. Chris Mechanical promptly returned my call on Monday morning and scheduled someone the same day to diagnose the problem. When it was determined I needed a new furnace and AC system, they made every effort to locate all the required parts and fit me into the schedule for installation that week despite countless rain delays impacting their schedule. From the initial sales call to the end of the installation I found the employees of Chris Mechanical Services to be extremely knowledgeable, professional and caring. Once the sale was made their GM contacted us on that day with possible installation dates and offered us options, which was refreshing as we have found with some companies it's either that date or they'll have to get back to you. They were prepared. The installation team (Tom \& Nick) was possibly the most knowledgeable, customer friendly, service oriented and caring of one's house of any workman I've had work in my home.
