A/C went out in 90+ weather. Chris was at our house that day to bring us a portable unit to use. The following day we had our new high efficiency A/C and at the same time we had them replace our furnace and humidifier. They did the entire job for a little more than other companies quoted me just to replace the A/C. The guys were here at 8am and cleaned up and done by 2:00. Very nice people to deal with. I highly recommend them.

It is difficult to state the amoount of satisfaction I have had from ChrisMechanics in West Chicago, IL as they installed my new Bryant furnace/AC. Within 24 hours from my order the Bryant unit was installed and working excellently. I never expected such satisfaction!

Their technician Dylan was on time for the appointment and did a perfect installation. He had to do some additional wiring work to get everything working properly. Work was done quickly and, as far as I can tell, professionally. Workers were careful about tarps and such to avoid getting the place dirty as they went in and out. Unfortunately have not been able to try the heat pump since the compressor unit will not be charged till spring, and can't tell if the AC works. Real measure is how it functions a year or more from now.

I had some issues with my furnace shutting off quite a lot so I reached out to Chris Mechanical for an appt later in the week. They called me the next day, which was a Saturday, and came out that morning to diagnose the problem. I ended up needing to replace the furnace but they were fantastic to deal with from start to finish.

Arrived in the morning, worked all day to complete the job, wonderful experience.

On the Sunday before the 4th of July holiday, my AC and fan stopped working. Chris Mechanical promptly returned my call on Monday morning and scheduled someone the same day to diagnose the problem. When it was determined I needed a new furnace and AC system, they made every effort to locate all the required parts and fit me into the schedule for installation that week despite countless rain delays impacting their schedule. On Thursday afternoon, they took out the old furnace and on Friday they installed all the new equipment. I was grateful for a quick turn around in a time of equipment shortages and holidays.
