After much review to have a new A/C heating system installed, Riley Heating provided a competitive quote for a mid\-range Bryant system that provides an excellent energy savings, a quiet variable speed fan and an ecobee thermostat… the communication, installation of the equipment and detailed explanation of the system was a very positive professional experience for me. The team that installed the equipment is extremely knowledgeable and efficient in their A/C Heating work.

Service could not be better

RH\&C is a long established heating and cooling company that has excellent expertise in this field and is very capable of solving the most complex heating and cooling problems. Their service is also excellent and the response to a call is very good. All of the personnel from Fred Kahn through Donald, Cory, Mike and other support staff has been great even when they had to make a return trip for a problem. We have been a customer for more than 30\-years and have an annual maintenance agreement for both HVAC systems. The price for the new furnace was considered very reasonable. Fred, Daniel, Paul, \& Mike are absolute professionals. They came in, diagnosed the issue, provided a highly detailed estimate, and installed a new heater within a weeks time. The only hold up in the process was obtaining a permit from the village where I live (to be expected too).

I'm a repeat customer. Based on past experience I knew I could expect straight forward pricing, expert installation advice and service. This install went above any beyond. The install was difficult due to the location of the equipment and some mysterious wiring, the crew executed flawlessly and resolved the wiring mystery, even the post install cleanup was above and beyond!

Called to diagnose an issue with my furnace. Identified an issue with my second stage, recommended furnace replacement bass on age of old unit and parts cost. We're able to promptly schedule the installation, crew showed on time. We're very courteous and explained the work being done. We're very neat, took care to cover my floors before moving old unit out. When done went over the unit operation and how to program new thermostat. Did not leave until I felt comfortable with how the new furnace worked.

We wanted to upgrade our very old larger boiler. Riley put together a 2 boiler setup that would be substantially more efficient than what we had. The install was great and the setup is really impressive \- lots of piping to circulate between the 2 boilers and the 2 zones they heat. The pipe work is super clean and well organized. Can't say I'm looking forward to cold weather, but now I'm not worried about it when it gets here.

I would recommend Riley to another homeowner who needs a boiler replacement.

Riley did a great job installing our new boiler. I was disappointed that Bryant originally had delivered a damaged boiler, so we had to pause install for hours to wait to receive an undamaged boiler. I would hope that quality control would be good enough that damaged boilers would not leave the shop.

I had a great experience with Riley from start to finish. Fred came out to my house and explained everything in plain language and did not pressure me at all. He proposed some quick solutions to improve my current installation and opened up a big areas of my back patio that was not accessible with the old installation. The crew showed up on time (actually early), called for more help when they fell a little behind schedule in order to complete everything in a day. I had never heard of Riley before. They had great reviews online and I'm adding mine. Highly recommended.

John did an excellent installation and explained how it all works. He made it very easy.

Riley didn't just replace our aging equipment with new. They evaluated our current installation and made many improvements to it. Having an HVAC contractor that gets the "big picture" and is focused on maximizing our comfort level ended up delivering the best value for us. No question was unanswered and every concern was addressed.

The Riley technician I met with to discuss the problem (hot on the first floor cold on the second) was not only knowledgeable, but described the problem to me in terms I could understand. Within a week the problem was completely solved to my and my husband's joy! On top of all of that, John was pleasant, cleaned up everything when he was done, and was done ahead of schedule. Riley is now my go\-to HVAC expert!

My transaction involved replacement of an OLD boiler. Very little, if anything, resembled a modern hot\-water system. In my estimation a greater\-than\-usual level of imagination and skill was necessary to accomplish the work. The Riley crew rose to the occasion very professionally, with good\-humored courtesy and communication thrown in for good measure. I appreciate their approach, as well as the final product.
