We have been using Wilburn heating and cooling for a little over 4 years now. We were referred to them by a family member after we were told by a larger company that we were in need of a new furnace. After getting a second opinion, John was able to identify that all that was need was the igniter being cleaned. 4 years later our old furnace finally gave in and let out. John was able to find a solution for temporary heat until he could get the replacement furnace of our choice in. John spent 4 days stopping by due to our old furnace having intermittent issues that just couldn't be fully diagnosed due to no code or without just trying things. Overall John did a phenomenal job with the install and also made sure that during the colder nights my family had a working furnace until we could get a new one. We will forever use Wilburn for our heating and cooling needs due to their truthfulness and ability to go the extra mile to make sure a client is safe and well cared for.
