Lea just replaced my 33 year old Bryan furnace and air conditioner that they originally installed in 1989! The new Evolution Extreme AC unit and Evolution 80% furnace were replaced in about 6 hours with their crew of three. The installation crew was professional and cleaned up well after themselves. Mike Lea did the quotation and was my point of contact. Mike, if I were to make one suggestion, your quotations were very detailed. However, it is 2022, they should be typed, not handwritten.

I had purchased an air conditioner from Lea Heating and Air in 1989, and the Unit is still running FINE ( Knock on wood now! LOL) Other than needing regular maintenance, which was also very little. So I just had them install a whole new air conditioner system, a/c unit and fan, in my new house and it is fantastic. They we're fast and efficient. And I had shopped around comparing prices and they were by for the best, a couple $1000.00 cheaper! And my house is one large room with 7 sky lights and and 4 sets of Sliding glass doors, literally impossible to cool in July and August. They kinda reconfigured the return vent, and it is soo much more practical now. Now of the other places had suggested this. And Lea Heating also replaced the old return vents with new out put vents. and this was all still included in the fantastic quote they gave me! So having said all that you'd be a fool not to give them a call!! I HIGHLY recommend them!

Mostly OK, but...
They promptly scheduled the install of furnace / A/C combo. The guys showed up promptly, worked as expected\- heat was off for a total of about 6 hours. The only negative I'll state is that they broke my Honeywell whole house humidifier by trying to bypass the pressure sensor and re\-wiring it directly to the furnace control board. It didn't work, and it sprayed water out of the unit. Unfortunately, they had destroyed the pressure sensor and couldn't reinstall it to the Honeywell directions. They hinted that it was my fault for buying a "cheap" Home Depot humidifier (it was a $300 unit), and left with it shut off\- for me to deal with. I ended up purchasing the pressure sensor from a parts house, reinstalled it myself, and it works as it did before.
