The Installation was just perfect. Jeff and his team are the people you would want for a project like this. Between the troubleshooting, honest evaluation to the actual install, they knocked it out of the Park once again. We have used Arctic Heating and Cooling in the past to have a furnace installed, their craftsmanship is second to none, I think my basement was cleaner after they finished the installation. If you l you want the job done right, they are the right people for the Job. I recommend Arctic to all of my friends and they all agree.

Our old unit's heat exchanger cracked so I called Jeff at Arctic Heating and Cooling. He was able to navigate a tight space for my furnace which was no easy task. My new Bryant works great!

I have been using Arctic Heating for a number of years, so when they came out to service my air conditioner and told me it would cost almost half of the price of a new unit to fix the problems and that mine was 18 years old, I decided to purchase a new one from them. They came out a week later promptly at 8 a.m , .Jeff had two young men with him In 3 1/2 hours everything was finished. I am so pleased with the workmanship and the courtesy I received. I recommend them highly. The temperature went up to 80 degrees that day, so it came on a perfect day!

Replacement furnace install

Arctic provided next day replacement during a hot spell in July! Couldn't ask for better service. New system much better at humidity reduction.
