The Installation was just perfect. Jeff and his team are the people you would want for a project like this. Between the troubleshooting, honest evaluation to the actual install, they knocked it out of the Park once again. We have used Arctic Heating and Cooling in the past to have a furnace installed, their craftsmanship is second to none, I think my basement was cleaner after they finished the installation. I have been using Arctic Heating for a number of years, so when they came out to service my air conditioner and told me it would cost almost half of the price of a new unit to fix the problems and that mine was 18 years old, I decided to purchase a new one from them. They came out a week later promptly at 8 a.m , .Jeff had two young men with him In 3 1/2 hours everything was finished. I am so pleased with the workmanship and the courtesy I received. I recommend them highly. The temperature went up to 80 degrees that day, so it came on a perfect day!
