Everything went very well . Installers were great!

Bought new furnace and A/C, and my existing thermostat (Evolution) was "supposed to work with it. After having issues trying to get it to work, they figured out that I had a 2016 thermostat which is not compatible and only 2022 or newer ones are. Still waiting for them to find an Evolution thermostat that they can install. Using a temporary one for now.

We have used this company for over 20 years. They do a very good job.

AllTemp did a nice job installing our new AC/Furnace. We are in an older building and they had to come up with some creative ways to make it work and to meet guidelines. They put down drop clothes everywhere they worked and cleaned up the area when they left. They also had to work around Chicago weather but did what they could as weather permitted.

We have been customers of All Temp for 13 years and have enjoyed great service. The recent install of our furnace and a/c unit was superb. Both Dan and his colleague, whose name I have forgotten, were pleasant, extremely competent and kept us informed of each step.

Art and Marvin did a good job. Furnace was better than before. Overall experience with All temp was good.

Quick and efficient

We purchased a new heat pump, furnace, hot water heater, air purifier and humidifier from Mike at All\-Temp Heating \& Air Conditioning. The proposal was complete and easy to understand. The installation was challenging because we were replacing an old furnace with an air pump and a high efficiency water heater so new venting had to be installed. The installers, Danny, Don and Jimmy were very professional and worked hard to ensure that the new venting would do the job efficiently. Throughout the installation, they were responsive to our concerns, careful with our property, courteous and considerate. They answered our questions, helped us learn about the new equipment and programmed thermostat, and cleaned up all debris, packaging and old equipment. We are very happy with our new HVAC system. A Big thank you to Mike, Danny, Don and Jimmy!

Both the sales personnel and installers were prompted in their communication and responses to questions. The installers were experienced and courteous. This provider was the only one that included the current promotion in their quote. I would recommend them to friends who is looking to replace their cooling and heating systems.

The two men who worked on our air conditioning unit were friendly and hard working. They did the job within the time they estimated they would. We would highly recommend the dealer. They have great staff working for them.

Installers were courteous, quick, and knowledgeable. They took the time to walk me through what they did and noted what watch\-outs to look for in the case the AC unit was performing like I thought it would (i.e. frost on copper lines). They also stressed the parts and labor warranty making me feel comfortable with the purchase given how pricey AC units can be.

The People from this company are the BEST. From the Mike Clark the sales person through the installation team \& the secondary servicemen, Everyone was extremely professional \& knowledgeable on what Bryant offered.

We purchased our first furnace through All Temp in 2005. Since then, we have our yearly maintenance on both our ac unit and furnace by All Temp Service Tech Frank M. We always request for Frank M. because of his honesty and professionalism. On Christmas Day, our furnace stopped working and we had no heat. We were able to contact and speak with Jack Freeman, project manager on Christmas night and he was able to provide us information on different options for a new furnace and he was able to set up a new furnace installment for us on 12/27/22. The two installers, Don and Jimmy arrived on time and were very professional and knowledgeable. We highly recommend All Temp for your HVAC products and service.

All Temp sent the same installers (Matt \& Enrique) as they did 2 years ago for my previous Furnace/AC installation. They were familiar with our house and did a great job. Cannot be happier with All Temp's work.

Installation team was experienced, polite and knowledgeable. Did a great job, cleanup, answering questions, etc. They were 5+. However, office failed to call me back twice when they said they would, then confirmed an appointment and promised a crew that never showed up in five hour window. Again, no call or explanation. So internal communication needs some work.

They quickly replaced my broken\-down furnace with a new one. They arrived on time, worked quickly, and seemed very knowledgeable. The new furnace is working great.

When our old boiler failed All Temp got a technician out quickly to assess the issue. When it was confirmed that we needed a new boiler they were able to have an expert crew install the boiler by mid\-week. They did a great job.

They were very knowledgeable and I like that the installer live in the area so he was ver familiar and knowledgeable about the houses in my area.

The technicaians were friendly, on time, kept me updated on the eta and was all business the day of the service. They also informed me of what to expect, the clean\-up and the length of time all this would take.

Unfortunately, was without heat due to equipment failure. Replaced 17 year old York furnace and a/c system, as successful furnace repair was questionable at best (initial service call did not involve All Temp \- home warranty scenario on recently purchased residence). Contacted All Temp from a received mailer (I am also knowledgeable of their company's reputation, and familiar with Bryant equipment). I negotiated a full system replacement via phone and email (kudos, John Lillis), and installation was scheduled/completed within a couple of days. Installers were very professional, company personnel interaction via phone was stellar (ie. finance department \- I paid by credit card over the phone). All Temp pricing was very competitive (keep in mind \- no heat scenario in cold weather with little time to make a decision). Hope my very positive All Temp experience helps, if you are in the middle of the decision making process.

They were very quick in diagnosing the old (29 years) furnace as needing major repair and provided quotes on 4 potential replacements, the same day. Ordered the chosen replacement that same Friday evening, and it was installed the following Tuesday. There was a miswiring problem discovered a day after installation (accidentally swapped the AC Compressor with the Humidifier), but that was promptly fixed after I reported it.

The service I received was excellent. They arrived on time, were very knowledgeable, and were friendly. I highly recommend them.

From my initial phone inquiry to a Customer Service Rep, to a prompt callback from Mike Clark, to a practically "next\-day" install date, I was impressed by the promptness and business\-like approach of All Temp Chicago. The tag\-team installers, Danny and Jimmy, gave continual and courteous answers to my numerous questions. Jimmy helped me remove (and then replace), a heavy wooden gate that accessed the outside AC unit. Their "clean as you go" work habits and their "get 'er done' diligence were suitable for a training video. Add me to my Son \& Daughter\-in\-Law and recent happy customers of AllTemp of Chicago.

The technicians were very skilled at what they do, they quickly installed the new AC unit and Heater, got everything connected in less time than estimated and cleaned up afterwards. Very professional looking. The salesperson (I'm sure that's not his title) was very good about sizing the system and pushing something we didn't need yet made sure what we got would nicely cool the house as well as heat it compared to our old unit. One area of improvement, pre\-installation communication, 4 out 5.

Jack Freedman was extremely knowledgable and gave me a lot of confidence in what we were having done and the quality of the products we were choosing from. The installers, when they came, were very thorough and did a very nice job installing and cleaning up. They also were prepared with COVID protocol and made us comfortable when inside our home.
