Fast install

We got several estimates to install air conditioning in our house All estimates came by email. O'Leary's was the only company that came to the house and explained the process and gave us options. This personalized service was the reason we chose O'Leary's. It took 3\-4 guys 8 days install everything, which included wiring, duct work, and air handlers. We had special circumstances, an old house with hot water heat, an addition that was difficult to get to. The vents and return vents fit into our high ceilings and look great. We are eager to experience summer and try out our AC without having to put in window units. We are very happy with O'Leary's knowledge, quality of service, genuinely nice company to work with.

When my old furnace broke down (terminally) in he middle of winter, V M O'Leary provided fast and professional installation of a new one.

We have a very unique house in layout and Oleary was able to configure a system that meets its needs perfectly. The execution on the installation and attention to all the details that were required were second to none.

They were amazing. Our heat gave out and they were able to look at it that day. I am teacher so I was unable to get out but they worked with my schedule. They were very upfront with costs associated with the furnace and worked with our somewhat funky old house duct work to install a furnace in less than a day. Vince was very helpful in determining size furnace and A/C for my house. His crew (Daniel and Charlie) was on time and explained each item installed. Also, Charlie noticed my sump pump was running but not injecting water. I called another contractor and they replaced pump. Judy did a terrific job with paperwork (rebates) and communicating schedule.

Outstanding workmanship and professional behavior. The guys went above and beyond to get the AC installed for a the night. It would have been a rough night for rest if not for their diligence! I give OLeary S/M and Htg the highest recommendation.
