I thought I needed a replacement HVAC, but ended up needing a new furnace and some duct work new return, etc. Nathan Reese was very friendly and knowledgeable, he understood my concerns and did not try to push me to buy something I didn't need. He worked with me and my budget and was able to get me on the schedule the very next day. His brother helped oversee the install, and the workers were very nice, quiet and left the space very clean. I would recommend them to anyone!

As pleasant as things can be when your HVAC dies... Brent did a good analysis of our old system's problem, and then prepared estimates for repair or replacement. Deciding it was time for a replacement, he then prepared a layout of our system options. Once we decided on a replacement system, he called in and scheduled the job. On installation day, Brian and Cody arrived promptly at 0800 and were quick to work, discussing any questions I had. The completed the job in a timely manner, removed the old units and cleaned up beind themselves. Brian then explained the systems and answered other questions I had. All in all, it was as pleasant as replacing an HVAC system can be. While the contract included a year's maintenance for the new unit, we also setup for maintenance on our other downstairs unit. I'm happy with the experience and expect to be pleased with their future service.

Old heater needed new parts without a guarantee that it would last during the winter. Elected to have new unit installed. Got it yesterday just before cold front came in.

I thought the service technicians were very knowledgeable, punctual, and completed the Job in a timely matter. They also did a great job of cleaning up afterwords. The area was actually cleaner then when they got there. I am very happy with their service and would recommend them to my friends.

After a service call for the main unit upstairs, a refrigerant leak and bad expansion valve lead to replacement of the secondary basement unit. The install was timely and professional all the way through clean up. Very pleased with the system and supplier.

After several years of Reese Services repairing our old system we decided to have them install a new system. They responded by installing the whole thing the next day! Thank you to the whole Reese Services team we look forward to many more years of reliable heating and air.
