It was time for a new whole house A/C. After obtaining 5 different quotes for the exact type of equipment (5k difference between low \& high) and doing 5 days of research plus calling a friend in Atlanta in a huge Heating / Air business I choose Bryant and GulfStream Cooling, INC because of there sales guy Jason. So Far It Is Really Good
I have used this dealer before for routine and emergency service on previous AC. The owner, Steve, is very conscientious and has done a great job. His company, Gulfstream Cooling, gave me a reasonable estimate and followed through with all their commitments. The only concern I have was the install team, only one person was available for most of the day and when the second arrived he was in a hurry to finish and get out. The new AC is working great. However he couldn't fit it properly in the AC closet. The unit is crooked and now the closet door will not close. I am hoping the rest of the install was done with the correct attention to detail. The AC unit is impressive. It is quiet, maintains temperature very well, and appears to be well made. If it lasts as good as the builders AC (19 years) that it replaced I will be very satisfied.

Replaced 2 ton unit
Gulfstream replaced a 2 ton unit when temps hit 94F outside. I solicited bids from 5 HVAC companies highly rated. Gulf Stream stood apart with their reasonable approach to what needed to be done and how much it would cost. They were not the lowest priced vendor, but they know their stuff and take pride in workmanship. I need to understand what I am investing in, and Gulfstream gave me clear and technical answers to my questions. It is rare to find a family owned business that runs so efficiently and effectively. I had major work done, it took three techs a full day to relocate the air handler in the attic and revise old drainage and electrical connects. These guys were dripping sweat in my attic that had to hit 110F+. At all times they were very professional and respectful of the property and had throw rugs and cleaned up after the work. Even after a full day, the chief tech (one of the brothers) walked me through the new thermostat. He didn't rush through the instructions despite a really tough day in bad conditions. Highly recommended jewel of the HVAC industry. They will be my go to HVAC service provider.
