I called Gulfstream a few years ago to service my tired A/C Unit and they did a great job. Honest, showed up on time, reasonably priced. I called them to get a quote for a new unit and again, showed up on time and gave me a great price. Three days later my new unit was installed, everything was perfect. I highly recommend Gulfstream!

They had a problem getting the thermostat to work, but found the problem was with one of the thermostat wires where one was part of a different set of wires that weren't connected, don't think most techs would have found that problem. All the rest of the install went well and timely. Would certainly recommend Golfstream Cooling to others.

Gulfstream has done a great job keeping our family cool for over 10 years!!!

Our A/C quit on Saturday, I was conversing with Gulfstream within minutes. A tech came out and confirmed my fear. They had the part but on a 16 year old system it was time to replace the system. I discussed options with Gulfstream and we scheduled the installation for Monday morning. Tech's were out Monday morning and finished in the afternoon. System is running great so far. We bought the additional 10 year labor warranty as we're told it covers soup to nuts as they say.

Mike was wonderful, as were the two men who came and did the installation. I could have gotten a new A/C from another company for a cheaper price but I really liked Mike. He is truly a great "people person" and you feel like you can always rely on him. He and the two installers were fantastic.

I couldn't be more happier with my new Bryant Cooling System from Gulfstream! A great price and customer service is outstanding!

We checked several highly rated companies and received quotes. It came down to Bryant and Carrier systems. They are virtually identical equipment and the quotes were very close. We felt most comfortable with Gulfstream Cooling. They were very professional and did exactly what they said they were going to do. I am happy we chose them.

The Gulfstream representative I met with was Mike, After just a few minutes of talking and discussing my current system and ductwork I knew Mike had the experience I was looking for. He offered me options but more importantly explained them with the pros and cons of each. The installation, to include enlarging my air box went great and I love the quieter running system.

New heating/air installation.

It was time for a new whole house A/C. After obtaining 5 different quotes for the exact type of equipment (5k difference between low \& high) and doing 5 days of research plus calling a friend in Atlanta in a huge Heating / Air business I choose Bryant and GulfStream Cooling, INC because of there sales guy Jason. Jason heard what I wanted and pointed us in the right direction without blowing any smoke and trying to sell me stuff I really don't need. Their install team was awesome. Wayne \& Cheri (SP) knocked the install out in less than 6 hours and even placed drop cloths down in my garage were the air handler is located.

The 2 Technicians from Gulfstream Cooling came out \& were very thorough with the complete install !!

Very satisfied with installation. Small company and I dealt directly with the owner. Delivered and installed equipment as promised. Standard manufacturer's warranty of only 1 year for labor is very disappointing for an $8,500. product. Cannot comment on reliability or longevity of the product at this point.

Listened to my comments about existing a/c systems to be replaced \- explained how their products would meet and/or exceed my requirements \- answered all of my questions in whatever level of detail I wanted. From their sales rep to installers \- everyone was easy to work with, listened to our concerns, and answered questions, explained options, was respectful of our home \- I would recommend and use this company again when needed. Bought 2 speed compressors \- much better cooling \- don't have to keep the thermostat so low to take enough humidity out of the air to make all in the family comfortable \- definitely recommend this solution.

Very professional people to deal with, from the Owner/Manager to the technicians installing the equipment. They were courteous, prompt and efficient. Equipment installed less than a week now and we are enjoying the quiet operation and cooling of the system.

I have used this dealer before for routine and emergency service on previous AC. The owner, Steve, is very conscientious and has done a great job. His company, Gulfstream Cooling, gave me a reasonable estimate and followed through with all their commitments. The only concern I have was the install team, only one person was available for most of the day and when the second arrived he was in a hurry to finish and get out. The new AC is working great. However he couldn't fit it properly in the AC closet. The unit is crooked and now the closet door will not close. I am hoping the rest of the install was done with the correct attention to detail. The AC unit is impressive. It is quiet, maintains temperature very well, and appears to be well made. If it lasts as good as the builders AC (19 years) that it replaced I will be very satisfied.

Replaced my air and heat unit.

This is our first Bryant product. Our home has never been cooler. The air seems fresher. The service men were so professional and on point. Jason and Keisha were terrific to work with, they were always very helpful through the entire purchase and installation process. It was Great to deal with such an honest and professional company.

System was replaced as scheduled. Jason did a fine job of organizing the install.

I had my air conditioner replaced. Nice crew, they all worked so well together and was so eager to help each other out. I heard several time each other asking can I help you with anything, do you need anything. They are very professional and are eager to explain any questions. The air also circulates very nicely thru the house since I went from a 3 ton to 3.5 ton. They made my return bigger too. I am extremely happy with my decision. I got 8 estimates and picked them. Stephen and Jason were very helpful also and I would highly recommend them to others. It has been a bit over a month and its hot outside in Florida, over 90 degrees and my air doesn't seem to run all day like it used to but my home is cool. Thanks guys!
