The company was picked to work with our condo building unit owners to replace the A/C units during a roof replacement project. I worked with Mark Harvey who was very accommodating, professional, responsive to questions / estimates / and re\-visiting the building because I was not available the first time he met with the owners. I would highly recommend Mark and the company.

The whole process of researching our new A/C unit and buying from you was as good as I could ask for. The sales rep was professional, definitely not pushy, and super helpful. The installation team did a great job of getting the new unit up and running, including improving our current ductwork to optimize the system. All in all we could not be happier.

From the estimator to the office support staff to the install team, everything I needed to know was clearly explained and several options were offered. The office confirmed that they had all the components and when the installers would arrive. The install team was on time, completed the job in the estimated amount of time and left my house and yard spotless. The installers explained the new digital thermostat and answered my question. The system has worked better than anticipated and this has been a great experience start to finish. Highly recommended.

She is also awesome when it comes to details. I loved that about her! Our a/c techs were Troy Rubright and Jake. Both techs are hard workers, friendly and did an excellent job! They went above and beyond to get everything running smoothly and set up perfectly! We very much appreciate them both. Also, the company's website says "If we wouldn't recommend it to our own mothers, we would not recommend it to you!" They definitely stand true to this. They really want what's best for the customer and their home. An honest, hard working company is a rarity in this day and time.
