We had a very good experience with AAP Air.

I live in a 1925 house and my second AC failed. There was no way to replace it as is. AAPAIR made it happen. They guys were on time and didn't leave until 100% done which was into the evening hours. Educated me on the new system and left the work area clean and tidy. I cannot recommend this team enough. This has not been my experience with other AC folks in SRQ. Grateful to have found them.

The installers were very knowledgeable and did an excellent job of handling the change out and cleaning up after the work was done. They explained the necessary components of the system to me. I would highly recommend them.

Travis fully explained all options on products, didn't try to oversell and came up with a stellar solution to keep our kitchen area cool when both ovens are running and there are a lot of people in the house for our barbeques. IInstall crew was on time and did a great job. Excellent experience and we will be using AAP to swap out the system on the other side of our house towards end of the year.

Estimator Paul was honest \& on task. Gave good options with supportive information. Installation went flawless. Fin \& Carson did a great job. Set up, and finish is top shelf. Informed me of everything as installation proceeded. Things went so well I think they were finished earlier than expected. Good on them.

I highly recommend AAP AIR. Our air conditioner stopped running after many repairs to keep it working . AAP ordered a new air conditioner and had it on and running in no time. It's also helping to save money.

Our long time A/C service expert referred us to AAP as the only company he recommends the day our central A/C died a natural death on a Monday. I called, left a VM and got a call back 10 min later. AAP came by the house later that day, provided an estimate that night, answered all our questions and the crew had our new A/C unit up and running on Wednesday evening. The 2 installers were early and prompt, polite, laid down protection on the hard wood floors, were careful of our home, worked hard for almost 12 hours and explained the new technology in easy\-to\-understand terms. Follow\-up was prompt. We will call on AAP again if/when our unit #2 gives up.

I had an issue with my ancient A/C unit at my rental. Contacted AAP, service was lightening fast. It was time for the old unit to be replaced and felt I got an honest and extremely competitive quote. Unit was replaced in a timely fashion and to my ultimate satisfaction. I will use this company for maintenance and ANY A/C needs! Communication with AAP was great!

They were fair in price, great techs, and very clean. They loaned me a portable air conditioner to use until mine was installed. Salesman came by to make sure I was satisfied with the work they were doing. If I could give 100 stars, if I could.

AAP Air Services replaced my a/c unit expertly, efficiently, and professionally. The service techs were pleasant and made sure to clean the work area before they left. I have no hesitation in recommending this company.

My brand new Carrier unit was installed, and 2 days later stopped working. AAP Air replaced the brand new compressor in a few days. All seems well now with the output of A/C. I was not at home for the second installation, but when I did return, I found a film of grey dust all over surfaces in my kitchen. I wonder what happened??

Rep came to give estimate very quickly and delivered options on the spot. He explained everything and listened to my situation and we came up with a good solution for my needs. Installers were fantastic. They worked hard all day long and were very thorough, courteous and professional. They installed everything neatly and did a complete job cleaning up. Very pleased!

AAP has been invaluable in diagnosing issues with our previous unit. When it was time to purchase new, we were presented with all options, given accurate costs and benefits. When we made our choice they were here within a week to install. Installation crew was excellent! Quiet, CLEAN and kind.

Their team was incredibly thorough from the inital design to the balancing of the system. They came back and called multiple times to ensure that everything was done to the highest standards and was working with the layout of the house. Our old system was 17 years old and since that was such a huge upgrade in systems it took a few adjustments to get the system perfect.
