System was installed less than 36 hours ago. It is still functioning as expected. Family Heating \& A/C from Pensacola did the installation. They did a good job but it took a very long time. The person who initially spoke with us and wrote up the order was aware of how the old system was set up (heating unit in a small closet in the garage \& outside unit behind trees \& shrubs) but apparently failed to inform the installation crew. They claimed this caused them to take longer than expected to complete the installation.
