Good crew of workers.

Our project required the replacement of an existing high efficiency heat pump system, with the same seer2 or higher. From the initial walk through of the existing system to the end of the project with instructions on how to operate the newly installed heat pump system. Ken and his crew delivered at every step of the project. The air handler was even moved from the attic to the garage during the project. The employees were well dressed, clean, professional and very polite. The installation was professional, very neat and thorough. The crew used cloth runners to manage debris on the floors. Everything was swept, vacuumed before they left. Also, the office staff kept us informed as necessary at key points during the project. Best heating and cooling dealer I have used over five decades of owning homes. I give them my highest recommendation.

This was the best move I ever made, calling Ryals Bros. to service my New Bryant A/C Unit that came with my home in the Lakeland Area. I have now found my A/C Company in my new Zip Code for Life! And they are awesome! 2 days ago the pump that clears the drain clogged up. I knew what was broken so I turned off the unit, They came out fast and fixed it at such a reasonable price I was amazed. Everyone cared and they communicated and then the technician knew what had to be done and was prepared with a new pump in case. He quickly had us cooling again! Our Hero! What a professional service technician. From the fair price to seeing Ken on Facebook with the kids in the classroom you can tell this is a company with character! You have my business for life in heating and cooling that is for sure. And let me know if you get into any other business as I will want to try and be a client there as well! You could take pictures of the job they did for us and put it in a training manual for how to do it right. The day our old AC unit stopped working, Ryals brought in a portable unit to keep our bedroom cool that night! They went over and above. They day of the install of our new unit, they were fast and very efficient. It was quite a job, removing the old air handler from our attic, since it's a two story house, with very little room up there. Very happy with the entire experience.

Very attentive and proactive

Owner had good recommendations for slight alterations to our return system that have improved the temperature in different parts of our house as well as what SEER level to install when we replaced which has both kept our house cooler. Additionally \- the price was right in line with several other quotes from neighboring businesses who simply offered to replace the existing system that wasn't working as well as it could have.

We were in need of a new AC system due to age of the current system. Ken came out and was not aggressive in trying to sell a new system. He offered suggestions and took the time to explain why benefits and challenges. Once the crew came out to install, they were quick and friendly.

Techs were punctual. Each member of the group seemed to have specific tasks so that there was no delay during the installation. They worked continuously as a group. Techs were polite as well as helpful with information about the unit and thermostat. It was a warm day but all members did their job to complete the install as promised. Job well done.

Ken is very knowledgeable and we discussed several options for a system replacement. He also explained exactly what his crew would be doing for the service. We had a complete heat pump system replaced and it was done in a 93 degree day and all work was completed in less than a day and they left the area clean. I highly recommend Ryals Brothers.

The Ryals Brothers team came out and replaced a 16\-year old unit for me. They rebuilt the box that my old air\-handler sat on as the home builder only used plywood and had no 2x4's to support the 150+ pound unit (they tore the top off, added 2x4s and re\-insulated the box). The guys went the extra mile by going out to Lowe's to purchase trim to fill all of the gaps and make the install look fantastic! They put tarps down in my garage and where they worked on the return in the house and cleaned everything up afterwards. If you're looking for the best quality at a reasonable price, look no further!
