Ken and the team from Ryals Brothers Heating and Cooling in Lakeland FL did the most professional, clean, and quick installation of a major home system I have ever seen. With exacting attention to detail, and hands that seemed to have a memory of their own, Ken fit, cut, soldered, and perfectly fit the new air handler and heat pump into our attic and exterior pad flawlessly while the rest of the team rerouted old duct work, moved out the old equipment, and cleaned the old lines. They laid down blankets from the front door to our upstairs attic opening and made sure our cats did not sneak out. They were all so respectful! Ken is the owner of Ryals Brothers and it was confidence inspiring to have the boss insight making sure everything was perfect. On top of all of this incredible capability, Ryals was also the lowest estimate I received out of three local companies. By thousands of dollars. I can give no higher recommendation. From the initial walk through of the existing system to the end of the project with instructions on how to operate the newly installed heat pump system. This was the best move I ever made, calling Ryals Bros. to service my New Bryant A/C Unit that came with my home in the Lakeland Area. I have now found my A/C Company in my new Zip Code for Life! The Ryals Brothers team came out and replaced a 16\-year old unit for me. They rebuilt the box that my old air\-handler sat on as the home builder only used plywood and had no 2x4's to support the 150+ pound unit (they tore the top off, added 2x4s and re\-insulated the box). The guys went the extra mile by going out to Lowe's to purchase trim to fill all of the gaps and make the install look fantastic! They put tarps down in my garage and where they worked on the return in the house and cleaned everything up afterwards. If you're looking for the best quality at a reasonable price, look no further!
