Bryant Humidifier
I haven't been nearly as thrilled with this and as the installer wasn't quite sure about hooking it up to the circulating fan vs the heating fan (we wanted on the circulating) I am still not sure that it is on the circulating fan. The humidity is starting to stay around 36 to 37 but that is with the unit set to 40. It may be that it is still settling in so I am hopeful. It would be nice if the 2 guys that came at first would come and look at it to make sure it is all correct. I felt like they really knew more about the unit and the heating system and 2 separate areas that we have...etc. The people have all been SOOO nice and I love that it is a local company.

Outstanding Job by Steele Bros. for Furnace Replacement
Our furnace stopped working on a very cold day. A sales person (JP) from Steele Brothers came out within about 2 hours of my phone call. JP was very knowledgeable and helpful. He saved us some money by recommending the right size furnace for our home and solved some problems by adding a new duct in the basement so the furnace could have enough air. He even supplied us with a coupe of heaters to get us through the night. The replacement furnace was installed the next day by an outstanding team lead by Mauricio. They worked hard for about 4.5 hours and finished. The new furnace is working great. When we need help in the future, we will contact Steele Bros. as they are incredibly responsive and competent. One reason we selected Steele Bros. was that they install Bryant furnaces and are highly recommended by Consumer Reports.

Has been very good to work with. There was some miscommunication between sales and office regarding rebated. I think they should take a stance that every customer should automatically get rebates they qualify for and not have to ask about them. Other than that, great company.
