I am so impressed with the customer service I received from start to finish with Steele Bros. They were able to give me an appointment the day I called. Travis was professionnal and efficient in explaiong the different units available to meet my needs. He answered all of my questions. Unlike other companies and salesmen, he was not pushy! The technicians who did the installation, Oswaldo and his partner, were professional and so efficient! They were finished with the installation in less than six hours. That's with it pouring rain all day. I am so happy with the finished product and the great customer service I received. I would recommend Steele Bros.

I had the best experience with Steele Bros. Heating! Tom was my sales person, when he came to the house he did such a great job of explaining all about how a heat pump works. I had talked to my brother (he lives in Florida) and he said, "why don't you get a heat pump" and I told him I have no idea. I had another company come and give me an estimate and they never explained that they had also quoted a heat pump. When I asked Tom about it he was full of information and explained to me about having a heat pump and a furnace in CO because it is a colder climate. I had done quite a bit of research on the difference between an AC and furnace and a heat pump and a furnace and everything Tom said matched exactly what the research I had done said. He was also very upfront on the rebates that Xcel and Colorado were giving for heat pumps, I appreciated that! I let him know my situation with needing a new furnace (mine was 42 years old) and he provided me with 4 great options ranging from the less expensive to the most expensive and explained why each would work out for me. So far I am super happy with my choice! Thank you bryant, Steele Bros, and Tom!
