The technician, Chris Miller, was awesome. A young man, by my standards, he was knowledgeable, thorough, and explained his discoveries and actions throughout this experience. It was an urgent need to replace this furnace, cold and an ill resident on Christmas! Most people were enjoying their holiday. Chris was focused on the need at hand with energy and determination to fulfill our need. I can't thank him enough. I will certainly recommend DNI and thank them for being available on Christmas.

DNI upgraded me from an 80% efficient unit to a 95%. Sales guy was very knowledgeable and helped me avoid the mistake of installing a larger unit (duct work inadequate) then cautioned me against a variable speed motor (modular home). He could've made more money by needlessly upselling me, but he didn't. The installers' high standards were evident from the beginning, and they did extra work more than once to ensure quality. Even came back a few days later to re\-adjust my house's main gas pressure when the furnace "rise" was too high, fixing a mistake another contractor had made.

Chris and Barrac were on time and very professional. They both were knowledgeable and cared about doing the job right. Having to replace a furnace is never fun but they made the process as painless as possible.

Helped me solve problems with the refrigeration unit in our wine cellar and provided great service replacing our furnace.

Mikel showed up on time, keep me advised as thing moved along, asked relevant questions and then finished by walking me through my new furnace, A/C and thermostat set up. An optional part that I purchased was missing at installation and he delivered it the following day to complete the order and my full satisfaction.

I found this company to be very professional. Their response time was immediate and they did everything they said they would do and when they said they would do it. Hard working and very courteous. I would say one of the best customer service experiences I have had in a while!
