Our technicians at Welzig were great! They showed up on time, let me know exactly what was going to happen for the installation and when their electrician would come. Once they were done, they did a great job cleaning up before showing us everything we needed to know about our new system.

Our house is nearly 75 years old and has never had air conditioning. In addition, Welzig vented the dryer to the outside for us. I think installation involved many challenges. We are very happy with their work and found it very easy having their installers at the house.

The Bryant installation we off without a hitch and remained on time even though the removal of the old furnace was so challenging. Initially, Weston came to our house to check our 18 year old air conditioner, which we suspected was not functioning properly. He diagnosed the old unit and determined that it was at the end of it's life. He offered to get it running again in an effort to finish out the cooling season but reminded us that it would only be a band aid fix. We decided to install a new unit. Saul and Eric installed the new air conditioner for us. They were professional, courteous and knowledgeable. When I had questions they took the time to answer my questions. The installation went off without a hitch and they cleaned up the work area completely. I would not hesitate to have these two gentlemen work on my HVAC system again. Incidentally, Saul has been here before, having installed our new furnace a few years ago. We have been using Welzig for many years and appreciate their prompt and professional service.

Went with Welzig after investigating a number of other companies. They had by far the best communication, and were willing to answer my (many many) questions, as well as provide a number of quotes. When doing the estimate, they noted there would probably be some drywall repair that was needed after the installation due to the configuration of our furnace, but during the installation they managed to figure out how to do it without requiring any post\-installation repair, saving us some extra $. Have been VERY happy with our experience with them so far, and look forward to a continued relationship with them for the foreseeable future.

Edgar, Saul, \& Robert removed our 28\-year old furnace \& installed a new Evolution unit yesterday; they completed the work in one day, \& did a fabulous job ... much appreciated!

Welzig's installed our new Bryant furnace, thermostat and humidifier 3/2/18. We are delighted with the quality and appearance of of the installation. About a week after the installation, Welzig's sent someone to evaluate the installation, correct a couple of minor issues and answer our questions.

My installation day turned out to be about 5 degrees outside and snowing, but the Welzig crew showed up on time despite the driving conditions and with nary a grumble or frown they got the work done inside and out. My home is older and they ran into unexpected issues needing re\-piping of vents and air con. These problems were resolved. Each and every member was friendly and professional and they all worked very hard. When the work was done, David explained how the new furnace worked and what type filter I should use. I have only been using the furnace for a few days but it seems quiet and working properly and efficiently. I also appreciated the Welzig company accommodating my schedule. The only comment I have as far as improvement is the fact that new furnaces put out nitric acid waste that must go to a drain. As this can corrode drain covers and pipes and is not good for my septic tank I think the condensate filters that are available should be part of installation unless the owner does not want them. They will be coming back to put one in for me at a minimal extra charge. Overall, a job well done!

So far the equipment has been good. The furthest bedroom from the unit is not getting as warm as the rest of the house. The furnace may not have the power needed to get the air that far. Some minor concerns from the installation \- didn't light water heater pilot before leaving, scratched my wood door, left crawl space access lid open, and cut big holes in wall for thermostat wires. They did fix the wall though.

Welzig Heating \& Air was professional all the way from the first phone call up into the final day of the install. They answered all my questions after the install. No doubt their service will be the same . Highly recomend them.

The people at Welzig Heating and Air were friendly and informed and treated me very fairly. It was a pleasure to work with them. I would highly recommend it this company.
