No comment either way on expertise or problem solving as this was an initial installation. Was supposed to get free duct cleaning. Never happened. Again no experience with dealer. Knowing what I know now about how noisy this unit is, I may have gone with someone else.

I couldn't have asked for a better team of professional, friendly and caring technicians. They did everything I asked for during the install, converted my system from gas to electric, performed the work quickly due to things heating up in AZ They were sent out by my home warranty provider and I'm so glad they were. All the technicians did everything they could and checked and rechecked to make sure it the system was up and running correctly. The installation manager spent part of his weekend checking everything and making sure we were comfortable, one of the technicians offered to come out on his free time and paint the access area if needed for us. I highly recommend them and have already referred them to several people. The system itself is great, the entire house is cooled to a consistent temperature, you can't hear it run in or outside of the home.
