The Cost of the system installed made it very easy to over look the couple small hiccups that I reported after the install. Kyle did a good job on the install and Kevin came the next day to address my hiccups. Just Better will definitely replace my other 18 year old unit when it's time.

I couldn't have asked for a better team of professional, friendly and caring technicians. They did everything I asked for during the install, converted my system from gas to electric, performed the work quickly due to things heating up in AZ They were sent out by my home warranty provider and I'm so glad they were. All the technicians did everything they could and checked and rechecked to make sure it the system was up and running correctly. The installation manager spent part of his weekend checking everything and making sure we were comfortable, one of the technicians offered to come out on his free time and paint the access area if needed for us. I highly recommend them and have already referred them to several people. The system itself is great, the entire house is cooled to a consistent temperature, you can't hear it run in or outside of the home.

We had a new rooftop package installed this week by Just Better Air Conditioning and they did a great job. Everything from initial meeting and estimate to the install went smoothly. We so appreciate a great service experience nowadays!

Licensed with quality technicians. New unit was installed where the attic access was not in the best location. The technicians cleaned up so well the job was flawless. I was pleasantly surprised and happy with the results.

Two men arrived early so they would be ready for the crane they scheduled. The old system came down and was ready for the scavenger they scheduled. The new system went up, was connected, and tested. I live in a two\-story. This is the first time both floors are the same temperature.

After the purchase was made Joe arranged for portable room AC for our bedroom to help us through this very hot few days. Jordan and Brian did an excellent install of the AC and WiFi thermostat, Scott and Amanda also were very helpful during this process.
