We needed a complete redo! It was a big job! But it was no problem for their guys! Anyone I spoke to (in the field or in the office) was very courteous and knowledgeable. When they didn't know the answer, they got an answer. From estimate to install, we were very satisfied with price, policy, and communication. The only downside would be that they were so busy, I had to wait!!!! Well worth it though!

I couldn't be happier. Charles is incredibly knowledgeable with an eye for improving cooling/heating efficiency. They never tried to oversell me and after the installation was completed, the manager came back 2 weeks later to make sure everything was ok and reinspect the work. The units are great and really have made a difference! Love Adams heating and cooling and I did get other estimates for comparison!

Adams Heating and Cooling provided great service and helped me with financing. Being a first time buyer this was a great relief. I highly recommend this company and the Bryant products they service.

When removing the old systems that were of different dates due to additions made to the original house, they ran into problems installing the new, single unit. All problems were solved and handled efficiently. The only addition to the original quote was for wiring that had to be done to accommodate the new unit.

Though everything was not completed upon installation, an owner examined the installation within 1 week. Remedies were done within the next week.

Probably our best such experience. Very pleased with installation team and, so far, performance of equipment.
