The crew worked with great professionalism and courtesy. During the four days of work at our home, the workers were very dedicated to their work. Joe clarified all our doubts and answered all our questions in a very professional manner. We felt we were in good hands and always supported. We will definitely recommend 3D Air Service company!

Our air went out in August on a weekend when the temps were 100+. I called 3D on a Saturday morning and a technician was at my house within an hour. He discovered my unit was completely rusted out on the inside. We discussed options and went with replacing the inside air handler with a Bryant. He made a phone call and his installation team arrived only a few hours later and had the system replaced in no time. The team did an excellent job and was very courteous and instructed us on the new system and thermostat. In the future I will always use 3D! Can't say enough good about this company and their team.

Installation went very well. Techs were pleasant, polite, informative and answered all our questions. Did a total clean up. I'd be glad to have them in my home again. Scheduling and office follow up was outstanding.

3D Air Services installed a furnace and air conditioning system in our house. They also, cleaned the ducts and dryer vent. They were knowledgeable, professional, honest and a pleasure to work with. I would recommend them.

I am very happy with the service provided to resolve my air conditioning issues. The Technicals were very professional and knowledge. And service was provided in a timely manner.

I recently had two HVAC systems and new duct work installed in my home. My salesman, Jon was very knowledgeable about what products would work best in my home. He offered me several options at great prices. The installers were very neat, punctual and professional. When they were done, they took the time to help me setup the WiFi on the new thermostats. Thank you 3D Air, Jon, Isaiah and the installers, Rodney, Jesse, and Tanner for getting the job done.

I recommend 3d air service very highly. The owner, office staff and the field technicians are of the highest caliber, you can do no better. These people are the best in the field. Bryant is lucky to have them.

This is second complete new system I have purchased from 3D Air. The first was on house we recently sold and they did a great job on it. The second system is on a house we just purchased and we are updating their expertise and suggestions guided us to the right system for our new house. We increased the main unit from a 3 ton system to a 4 ton system and added a mini split for a small upstairs craft/play room. They also cleaned the ducts, along with the installation the crew was excellent, professional, and courteous.

Within 23 hours of my air conditioning going out, I had a new HVAC system. Called 3D air services and in less than 2 hours, Kevin was at my home. Very nice, professional and explained everything very well. I have never had a more positive and wonderful experience with a company. I highly recommend them to anyone needing this service

Successful good looking installation

They came out late at night to check our system and even came back the following morning when we determined that we neded a complete new system. We had a replacement until that evening!

I had a second job for this company at a rental and the company cancelled the appointment due to their heavy work schedule but they never called to reschedule.

Kevin and Joe were so helpful, answering every question and explaining everything in language that I could understand! They were professional, kind, and most of all they know their stuff.

Receive a fair and honest quote on a complete new system. Gave the okay and the system was installed the same day. Professional crew laid drop cloths from from door to attic access. Took out furnace and outside unit and installed new units. Trimmed up everything so it looks like it was installed when the house was built. Left everything cleaner than when they arrived.

My dad lost his heating late in the evening and 3D came out immediately to check on the system. Both the heating and air system had to be replaced due to age and they did a very professional job the very next day. Would definitely recommend their services.
