Our air went out in August on a weekend when the temps were 100+. I called 3D on a Saturday morning and a technician was at my house within an hour. He discovered my unit was completely rusted out on the inside. We discussed options and went with replacing the inside air handler with a Bryant. He made a phone call and his installation team arrived only a few hours later and had the system replaced in no time.
