After 18 years of service on the old equipment, I decided to do a preemptive replacement of both heating and cooling units. In doing my due diligence, I learned that the installation is at least, if not more, important than the equipment brand. In pricing three different manufacturers from six different contractors, I chose Pharo. Although not the lowest price, I found them to very professional, responsive, and careful of my home during the installation process. I am satisfied with the equipment performance and look forward to Pharo servicing the equipment in the future.

Our home was built in 2001. Over those years I have successfully called on Pharo Heating \& Cooling to service our home HVAC systems. This time I called Pharo H \& C on a Saturday morning. Our furnace had stopped working on Thanksgiving day. By mid afternoon a technician had arrived. He determined that our furnace needed to be replaced. He also said that they have quality Bryant Heating Units in stock. We signed the paperwork on Monday and scheduled the install for Tuesday morning. The crew had finished their work and had cleaned up by early afternoon. Thank you Pharo for a job well done!

Clint was very good to work with and he provided us with a detailed proposal on the same day the service man inspected our furnace. I called and left a message and he returned my call promptly. We discussed the proposal and he answered all my questions and we agreed on the final price and what was to be included beyond the original proposal and he immediately sent me a revised final proposal and we set up the installation appointment. The installers arrived on time and finished exactly within the time span that Clint said. We are very pleased with our overall experience with Pharo and would highly recommend them.

Brand new equipment installed in a brand new home. It looks and works perfect!

Duct work was not fully tight in bedroom \- could see light from tge basement within it. We have otherwise been very satisfied.

Got multiple bids, wanted quality but at a fair price. Pharo delivered on that. They answered all our questions, installed the units professionally and cleaned up when they left. All in all, they did an excellent job. After the installation was done we contacted Clint Pharo with a couple more questions and he took the time to answer them completely. Gives us the feeling that if we have problems in the future, he will stand behind his products and help us out.

Terminal central A/C issue during of course very hot week. Pharo got estimator out day after calling them \& created an install time 3 days later, which sealed the deal as there was even hotter/humid weather upcoming. Professional, pleasant, courteous installers. Bryant unit getting indoctrinated under battle conditions!

Takes hours to change the temperate a single degree. My air has been on for 5 hours and it?s still the same temperature in my house.

Pharoh installed our Bryant furnace and central air units in 1992 when we built our house and both units lasted over 25 years! Those few times when they did need service Pharo was there promptly and always fixed the problem. I couldn't be happier!

On time and well done. Very courteous. Very pleased with the mechanics so far. Integrates nicely with our WiFi thermostat and Aprilaire whole house humidifier.

I am very glad I ultimately selected Pharo Heating \& Cooling. First, they painstakingly answered my questions prior to purchase and installation. Then they did a good job with the installation and left the jobsite (our home) completely clean. In addition, I was very impressed with their attention to detail by taking care of everything, such as filling out and stapling my energy rebate form and receipt. The rebate was ready to mail. They registering my furnace with corporate. Really, a turn\-key process from start to finish. Much appreciated.

Great installation and product in our Veridian home.

I purchased a new home through Veridian in Madison, WI. Pharo Heating and Cooling met with me personally and helped me with a few upgrades (e.g. dual zone climate control). They did a fantastic job and everything works as advertised.

Not to happy with the fact that they installed the air returns in the floor as well as the supplies. Really cuts down the wall space.

Service call, followed by replacing my home A/C. All went as scheduled. They even replaced some 60's era pipe. Everyone was sharp; the service tech, the installers, and most especially Clint. These folks are true professionals.
