Original A/C unit of 19 years needed replacement so it made sense to also replace the furnace. The OK team did a great job with the installation of a Bryant A/C unit and a new Bryant Furnace. Cody took the time to show me all the features on the units, run through the smart thermostat features, and answered all of my questions. I've used OK for annual routine maintenance/check\-ups for more the 25 years and will continue to do so.

Had a AC unit from 1994 on its way out. They came in and saved the day.

We had three different service companies come to our house to look at our set\-up. We wanted to be proactive and replace our 30 year old central air. It was original with the home. We had had no problems, but wanted to avoid emergency decisions. OK was our choice and the competition was stiff.

Dealer is responsive and knowledgeable. I value the relationship with the dealer. My beef is with Bryant and component quality. Repair costs are extremely high for components that should last longer. I understand hvac systems don't last forever, but I expect more years of service from a "premium" product. I don't want to penalize my dealer for a manufacturer quality issue but at the moment I don't want to reward Bryant with another sale

OK Heating has great service technicians and customer service. My first Bryant air conditioner was a "lemon". Nothing but problems with it. I'm hoping for better luck this time.

OK Heating employees are so professional! Came on time, followed through on diagnosis and fixing the problem. Sad to say I did need a new air conditioner but was installed and runs so quiet! Love that the guys lay down tarps to protect carpet and flooring. Very respectful of home. Thank you for all you do! I have worked with this company for 29+ years and will continue!

It is working well. I thought that if O K Heating and Air Conditioning was providing their products they would be an excellent choice.
