Hometown experience, with hometown people.
My family's experience with MSI was wonderful. I was not able to be present as the installation was being done. But receiving text messages from the tech as he was doing the work was very reassuring. Also, the respect shown to my wife and the care they took regarding her flowers, that they had to work within, was exceptional. My wife had a bad experience within the past week at an auto dealership that made her feel very insignificant. Thank you MSI for doing the complete opposite! Continue you to keep the hometown feeling in your work.
