My furnace went out over the weekend and left a message for them to call me on Monday to have someone look at it. Not overhaul happy with them
They disconnected the water hose from the water softener , they set the water heater on low. Then the next day we discovered our basement had water in it . They pulled the drain hose out of the drain for the water soften and when the water softener recharged the water went onto floor. And found out later we had cold water because the softener was set on low. This does not make us happy.
