Great job on the install. Installers were pleasant, efficient, showed me what to do, and did a few extras that needed to be done, but I wouldn't have known needed to be done. I had to follow up to get an appointment scheduled, several weeks after my deposit and not hearing anything. But overall, I'm happy.

Countryside Heating \& Plumbing responded quickly to my request for a quote and once my decision was made, they were able to install my HVAC unit within a week. The installation went faster than I anticipated and the technician answered all of my questions before leaving my home.

We were having troubles with our air conditioner we called they got us an appointment for the next day. Seth did a great job in giving us our options on fixing our 1999 air conditioner or getting a new one. Cindy got back to us right away on cost for the parts and Troy stopped by the next day with a price on a new one. That was on a Friday and on Monday they were here putting in our new air conditioner we couldn't be happier. Wonderful service everyone.

I had a somewhat unique situation that required some flexibility around another contractor and the weather. They were very accommodating and installed at the earliest opportunity after rescheduling due to weather 3 different times. Customer service is top notch, AND my house us nice and cool in the 99° heat this week!

Had Countryside replace our original (30+ year old), heating and a/c system. Cant say enough good things about techs, and company. Got it replaced earlier then scheduled, fantastic techs, superb install. Again, can't say enough good things. And the new heater system. All I can say is WOW. So quiet. When the heats on, I can't even tell anymore. Things have truly evolved in the last 30 years. LOL............
