Malinda took the lead helping us with coordination and scheduling. We had some work conflicts whereby we had to reschedule and she was able to pivot and accommodate our schedule. She addressed all of our billing questions and followed up in a timely manner. Excellent communication! Our estimator,Tyler, dealt with my technical questions in a straightforward and frank way. Not pushy at all and being an installer himself he was able to address a few challenges that the installers might encounter with confidence and ease. Our installers, Josh and Pat, were professional and courteous in taking the time out if I had to interrupt with a question. They were respectful, knowledgeable and well\-prepared for our job that entailed some coordination with the electricians to move the position of the a/c compressor. They cleaned up well and provided instruction on the maintenance and function of our new furnace and air conditioner. Pat labeled areas where I would need to be mindful \-very customer\-oriented which we appreciated! The whole team was customer focused and our experience with Nimmer was outstanding \-would definitely recommend!

For many years, Nimmer has always been our go\-to place for heating/AC needs. Not only do they provide excellent service, but they are also honest and reliable. Many thanks and appreciation to Joe Derose, Service Tech, for his expertise and efforts to repair our ancient AC system. Thanks to Tyler Voyles, General Mgr., for his knowledge and help (with no pressure) in selecting a new AC unit. Also thanks to Patrick Kuhlmeier, Install Tech, along with Josh and Alex, for the seamless and efficient installation of the new AC unit. Lastly kudos to the friendly and accommodating office staff. Beth sent a repair tech the same day of our initial call, Melinda scheduled installation and made sure we were called if an earlier date opened, and thanks Mary(?) for that call. We are extremely happy with Nimmer and highly recommend them. We definitely trust Nimmer and will continue to call Nimmer for any further heating or AC needs.

Patrick, Josh,and Alexis installed our furnace and did wonderful work. They were also very patient in explaining to us how to change the filter and how to set the thermostat. They answered all our questions. I would highly recommend Nimmer Heating and cooling. Melinda the customer service representative was also very excellent in handling my questions over the phone.

We faced an emergency situation where our furnace went out in the dead of winter, and Nimmer Heating took care of us right away. They were heavily booked, but a staff member stepped up to get our new furnace installed immediately so our family would be all right. They worked quickly, maintained great communication and took the time to educate us on any warning signs for us to look out for. I couldn't recommend them more.

Our furnace went out in January in WI. Nimmer was there the next day. Gave us repair options and well as replace options as the unit was 24 years old. We went with replace and they got the furnace installed and the heat on the next day. Everyone was so professional and efficient. Very pleased we chose Nimmer

Nimmer did an excellent job of replacing our old high velocity a/c system in our 100 plus year old historic home. They had to increase the number of vents on the third floor which had been undersized when installed many years ago. They always left the house clean when they left for the day and were efficient and friendly. The job cost came out exactly as quoted.

My previous furnace was a Bryant. I had it 18 yrs when it began to have issues and had to removed. But it did heat my house very nice \& quickly. Other than it being kind of loud was great. This new one is smaller and practically silent. Very happy with the dealer Nimmer's the entire crew were fantastic, especially because it was right before thanksgiving.

We've been using Nimmer heating and cooling since 1994. This is our 2nd furnace installed by them and also a central air conditioning unit. Great customer service and quality installation. They are definitely highly recommended.
