Peck and Weis was very efficient and acted fast with urgency in replacing our system as or central was over 20 yrs. old and quit running. Upon removing the old system we learned the heat exchanger on the furnace had cracks when we looked at it. I am very pleased with the install and professionalism each Tech demonstrated!

The technicians went right to work, and were able to correct some imperfections with my replacement AC system. Overall, I feel more secure knowing that my mechanicals are in top performing condition.

I have received excellent support / service from my local Peck \& Weis over the years. To date they have installed my furnace, hot water tank and A/C unit in addition to their annual service calls. The latest project was installing a new Bryant A/C unit. The install team arrived on time on the appointed date and completed the installation within a few hours. They provided me with a quick overview of their work prior to starting HVAC needs.

Everything went very smooth from the office staff, Dan the estimator, and the installers Brad and Adam. Brad went out of his way to address my questions and concerns. The installers covered the floors from my garage door down the basement steps and all the way to the mechanical room. Everything was installed neatly and professionally. You would never know that they were there except for the perfectly installed new furnace and the air conditioner unit outdoors that Adam installed. Everything is level and not one plant was damaged in the process. Brad showed me the work that they had done before they left and asked me I had any questions. I called Peck\&Weis because I have always been very happy with there service from the new hot water that they installed a couple years ago to the yearly check\-ups that are very affordable with their seasonal coupons. We have used Peck and Wise for service and maintanece

19 year old a/c quit working on a Wednesday. That afternoon I called Peck \& Weiss. A service man came to the house on Thursday and informed us the unit was not repairable. The estimator came on Friday and prepared an estimate (which I accepted) and scheduled an install of the new unit. The service personnel arrived on Monday at 8 am and had the new unit installed and functioning by 1 pm . Remarkable response and service. I highly recommend Peck \& Weiss.

The install team overcame any customizations needed, installed the furnace cleanly and professionally. The air conditioner was installed after leveling the area, the new air conditioner looks robust and fully capable. In April they'll come back and do the final installation adjustments as the weather was too cold to properly adjust a few things. All is working well and much quieter than the 17 year old units that were replaced. Thank you Peck and Weis and Bryant.

Arrived on time and got right to work. Covered stairs and floors with drop cloths and were very careful removing and replacing the furnace up and down the 16 stairs. No BS. they were done in 4 hours. The tech helped me understand the new thermostat and how it works. Super people to deal with.

New Items Bryant Evolution 986TC42080, Ecobee3 Lite, Aprilaire 4" Media Air Cleaner, Bryant UV Air Purifier, Fresh Air Ventilation Damper, and AO GCR 40 Water heater. Installers were prompt, curious of my requests, about 6 hours to install all equipment, and very great to work with! They respected the house like it was their own. Meaning that they did extra work to make the house more efficient, without asking! Products are easy to work with, ecobee3 lite is easy to understand and setup. Use of the app is nice. Water Heater is very hot, that I did need to turn down the heat to below the A settings. Original Setting was at B. The original location of the Water Heater was in an inconvenient location to add a New Bathroom with Tub. Peck \& Weis installed the new Water Heater in a better location that I can now build a Bathroom next to this system. Furnace is very quiet! I work over top of the unit and cannot hear it anymore. The system has much more air flow then old system. I can also set the fan to ON (blowing all the time) when at the setting of HOME and SLEEPING, but have the fan on Auto when set to AWAY. Very get features! I added a Electric Fresh Air Ventilation Damper... This was a great value add! I can get fresh air into the home and the furnace controls when fresh air is needed! I do not need to turn the metal flap anymore! This should be added to all installs.... I recommend both the products and PECK \& WEIS....

We were grateful for multiple options for our broken furnace. The installing contractors were professional and knowledgeable. The customer service personnel were kind when we called with questions or requested an invoice.

Peck \& Weis came out on Christmas Eve due to my furnace not working and was able to get it running. Had great service and follow up as I made the decision to have a new furnace installed before the end of year. I am only waiting now for Bryant to send the visa credit card that was an incentive for me to make the decision that I did.

Stage 1 of the AC had a coolant line whistle right before the TXV valve. after 25\-30 hours of service, they figured out to set the system by stage 1 instead of by stage 5 as per the recommendations by Bryant. whistling in stage 1 went away and hopefully for good. The service guys were good to work with and they tried their best.

If it was not for Peck \& Weis we most likely would have chosen another product

We had 4 feet of water in our basement in mid June and lost all of our mechanicals. Peck \& Weis, having serviced our equipment previously, knew what we needed and had me a quote right away. The service people were fast, friendly and efficient. They were careful about protecting the floors by using runners and did a great job cleaning up the area of the installation. Once the new furnace was started, you could tell the difference in heat and efficiency.
