My AC unit stopped working, and I had been told by a different company that my furnace was failing also. I consulted two more businesses who were both fair dealing. I went with Bryant because it is the furnace brand I own and their advice was reasonable, my furnace was fine .

We recently had a new Furnace and AC unit installed in our home. Sinklers did an amazing job on the install and we very clean and professional. I highly recommend then for any heating and cooling applications!

We have had Sinkler service our HVAC equipment for the past 11 years. In that time they have worked on our furnace under warranty (7 service calls to fix an intermittent problem), fixed a broken start capacitor on our AC unit, and installed some additional duct work in the basement in addition to the typical service visits. Typically they are great to work with but like any company, sometimes they drop the ball a little bit. Communications with the company are not great when the nice lady at the front desk is not available and that may have been the problem for this work. Our latest experience was fair. It was difficult to get them to schedule our new ERV install. After we accepted the proposal and put 50% down, we waited patiently for 3 weeks before asking for an update. It was difficult to get in touch with John. Emails were not always answered. A phone call to the business meant leaving a message or a recommendation to send an email. Instead, I would expect the business to take my question and offer to get back to me. It was 4 weeks before we were given a scheduled install date. And that was after asking for a refund. When the install date arrived, now 5 weeks out, they didn't have the wall control that was listed on the proposal. We got a call from the nice lady at the front desk early the following Monday and the wall control was installed the next day. This ERV was a new (and expensive) model that they had not installed before so the Techs were doing a lot of reading in the installation manual to be sure it was installed properly. In a perfect world they would have had time to do that back at the shop to get familiar with this new equipment. There were some questions that had to be answered by a specialist. In the end, the equipment was installed properly and seems to be working great. I think the Techs did a nice job to ensure this new gear was installed correctly. It is a very "smart" piece of equipment with some nice features.

Sinkler was great to work with. There were very honest with what our house really needed. Didn't try to sell us the top of the line product.

Highly recommend. Sales and installers are great, everything looks much better than previous system. Service department was fast and honest with diagnosis of last system. Schedule anything and everything HVAC with Sinkler.

I was very pleased with the service I received from Sinkler Heating \& Cooling. I had my yearly AC maintenance scheduled and he noticed my thermostat wasn't working the way it should. I was still under the warranty, so he replaced it without any charge to me. He was thorough, polite and professional. I am so pleased with Sinkler and Bryant.

Sinkler Heating and Cooling recently installed our mini split system in our home. We have hot water heat and no venting system. The installation was a great experience. The HVAC crew was very young, but very knowledgeable and worked well as a team. They walked us through the mini split functions and explained things very nicely. The install is aesthetically pleasing and placed very well.

Didn't know who to call when our furnace was blowing cold air in February. Glad we found a coupon for Sinkler in the Bellevue Town Planner Calendar. Prompt excellent service.

Installation team knew what they were doing and did a great job. The only issue was getting them scheduled.

The installers had to deal with several issues w/installation of the new furnace and A/C units in my recently purchased home IE: a concrete pad that needed to be replaced, bees in the adjoining exterior wall and an amateur's remodeling job. They handled all of it w/good humor and expertise.

They have been doing service for me since I installed my first furnace through them. I believe they are pretty good at most parts of the job. I only rated 4 out of 5 because of the lack of communication. There were times that I never got a response back to my emails or it would take many days before I heard back from them. Only thing I can think of is they are so busy and had a lack of personal to return calls. Other than that they knew what they were doing when it came to install and they were very efficient at getting the install done.

I was not notified arrival time would be 45 min. late due to a meeting; I called to see if they forgot.

Overall the installer did a great job and would recommend Sinkler to friends/family. There was two issues as he was given the incorrect coils so another installer had to drop them off later in the morning. The thermostat wasn't the correct one either so that same installer needed to come back. Besides that overall great service.

Efficient, excellent, friendly, knowledgeable. They put in a new furnace and whole house air conditioning system in less time than I thought they could. They were friendly and courteous as well as thorough. They cleaned up and took away the old one. They answered all my questions and made sure I understood what they told me and how to operate it efficiently. They fixed part of my roof that was damaged around the old air intake/exit and reinsulated the new furnace area. I am happy to recommend this company and it's womderful crew to anyone that needs this type of service.

I have an older split\-level home that had hot water baseboard heating using a boiler without any air conditioning. we wanted to replace the heating system and add A/C. We opted for forced air (propane) with central air. The salesman was great. The install crew was outstanding, I was impressed with the problem solving by the lead man. I was impressed with the workmanship until the last day of the install. Three extra crews were brought in to get the install done (I guess it was taking too long). The extra crews obviously didn't have the attention to detail that Tracy and his crew have. The things that were done on that last day were blatantly rushed and done shoddy, in my opinion. The condensate line was routed up and above the basement ceiling instead of through the crawlspace (the best path for obvious reasons), was the most glaring example. I ended up rerouting the line myself. All in all I was satisfied with the quality, price, and customer service of Sinkler.

From start to finish this was incredibly easy. The sales call was about 1 hour and John did exactly what I wanted. He listened to my needs, asked the right questions and delivered a proposal that I could easily understand along with the products that matched my requests. The installation team was right on time and finished the job earlier that I would have expected. They were professional and polite and left the place clean as a whistle. I was replacing a 20 year old furnace and humidifier. I had never had the experience before of shopping for a new furnace. I did receive a competitive quote and did my homework. Sinkler could not have made by decision easier. They provided professional sales, exceptional service at what if felt was a fair price. I will be replacing my A/C unit in the spring and will definitely use them again for this service.
